Worst experience ever. First they were unable to put up a closet mirror when other companies said they could do it. Showed up to the job at 6PM when they said they would be there in the afternoon without a ladder and only half of the mirrors needed. NO communication that they would be that late. Upon arrival they refused to install the mirrors as they said the wall needed to be cut and they would not do it. A small portion of drywall needed to be removed because they measured incorrectly. Instead of finding a solution they just said they would not do it. They would not even leave the mirrors there that had already been paid for so they could be installed. Then the owner Eva proceeded to be ignorant to myself and my wife. I felt sorry for the worker that was with her that had to experience this. I would NOT recommend utilizing this service. They are rude and incapable of finding simple solutions to complete a job. Do yourself a favor and use a different service. Nice response but there are tons of reviews on your poor work. I will also send you a picture of the one piece mirror in the closet as soon as it is installed. (Picture is now attached of the mirror in 1 piece) Hopefully you and your husband can learn how to use a measuring tape and trim a little drywall. Then you complete a job you were supposed to do in the first place. You would not even wait ten minutes after I waited for you all day long. You just did not want to do the job. I appreciate the refund as that was the only thing you did correctly. All the best to you and your family. God Bless!

Highly recommend! I needed a piece of glass cut to specifications to go over a desk. From start to finish the process was easy, the owner responded to all messages so quickly, the price was reasonable and the quality of glass was perfect. They also delivered it to my house and placed it on the desk, making sure it was clean and looking good.

Horrible experience. I gave them the broken piece to be replaced. They gave me back a replacement cut too long. They when they returned it a second time it fit in length but had been cut wrong in the width. They picked it up a third time, but this time they refused to even return my original, so now I have nothing to start with to replace my glass. This all started in December so it took like three weeks. I should have read the other negative reviews. Never again. Stay away!

Super happy with the glass table top HR Glass & Mirror made for my dining room. It is an extremely large piece (106” long!) and is an oval shape which is not super common, but HR was able to make it to perfection! They come to do the template and deliver as well - so service is fast and excellent! I was also super happy with the price as I got a few estimates and HR Glass & Mirror was the most reasonable.

Installed a whole wall mirror. Mirrors were uneven, cut wrong and pulling away from the wall. Came to look at them without telling me to go over anything. Sent guys to fix it but only fixed one mirror. Told Eva it still was not correct and she got very defensive. I basically had to beg her to come back and look. During the meeting she raised her voice several times telling us it was perfect. The only saving grace was she had a very nice gentleman with her who spoke respectfully. They replaced one mirror and added a top cover to cover the unevenness, which helped but didnt fix the mirrors pulling away from the wall. I went ahead and paid them in full with the understanding they would be back to fixw the remaining mirrors but we still have mirrors pulling away from the wall. She said they would be here on three different occasions but they have yet to show up. I have left 5 messages (call, voicemail, and text) with absolutely zero response. Once they got their money they were sails in the wind.

I had just recently remodeled my master bathroom and I decided to call a few companies for my shower door. When I called to get an estimate, the sales person, Eva, happened to be in my area and came to my home very quick. Shes an amazing sales person. I ended up ordering the shower door, a floating mirror, and a glass shelf for the shampoo bottles. They installed all the items in the same day within a week of me placing the order. The installers were very professional, dressed well in their uniforms, and they cleaned up great after themselves. I highly recommend this company if youre in the market for a shower door.

My mirrors looked great 12 months ago and now 4 months after warranty expiration they have huge black erosion marks on the edges where they were cut. Moral of the story? Don’t buy from this glass company if you don’t want to have to replace your mirrors within a year or two.

Eva was great to work with. Very attentive to detail. She provided the glass enclosures for three of our showers and 10 very large mirrors for our bath vanities and bedrooms. We love the outcome. One mirror was too big so they had to cut it down and add a border but it was a good solution they provided. My only complaint was the Installers left a few knicks on the walls and the pencil lines to mark where mirrors go werent covered by mirror had to be painted over. Eva was truly great to work with. She clearly loves what she does and really wants the client to be happy.

Due to the good reviews we decided to give this company the opportunity to work in our business. We paid over $1,000 for a customized design. Upon delivery the design was too big to fit in the area. When the company returned the second time, there was a gap.We did not accept the job and advised them that the job needed to be corrected. I believe in second chances and have been calling both Eva and Maria and no-one answers the phone. I have also sent an email(s) which this company is choosing to ignore. They are now-hanging up the phone when they see the caller ID....BE WARNED: They were quick to take the money and have been unresponsive for the mistake made. I would never use this company again. Be careful if you are doing a customized job.. Attention to detail is not their forte and customer service is non-existing.

Do not. I repeat do not do business with this place. Read the previous reviews and know the good ones are from family and friends of the owner Eva. This lady has found a way to scam people and laugh at you after. The most horrible and excruciating experience of my adult life was with the owner and the lady that works for her who answers the phone. You will not be happy and look like a fool after you buy from this lady. She SCAMMED my girlfriend into charging the full amount for a door that has not been delivered. Do not pre-pay for your items! They will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. The door has not been installed and I have been unable to get in touch with the owner for over 5 days now. If I can ever save any of you, let this be it! I am so disappointed in myself for not using a trusted company and when they say you get what you pay for, I unfortunately got nothing and was robbed. I will be notifying the better business bureau as well as seeking legal action. STAY AWAY!!

HR Glass installed my seamless/frameless shower doors this summer. The service was fast, Eva and her team was professional. I was pleased with the service and when I needed to replace my bathroom mirrors, I called HR Glass to complete the job for me. They made suggestions regarding the installation of the shower stall and the mirrors that were professional and brilliant. They are knowledgeable, they provide good service, and I am glad that I used them not only once but twice. Oh, their cost is very reasonable. I loved working with them and I am happy and pleased with the work that they completed.

The owner of this company is RUDE! I was being picked up today at Whole Foods Downtown, in the pick up lane. He and his employee pull in behind me and start blowing their horn at the driver. I was putting bags in the car - its a pick up lane!!! Calling me a F Head, a F Face. Nice company. Move on, there has to be someone better.

This place is not recommended. They really screw me over. I left them a sample hinge from a shower door .They couldnt find me a new one like it, so I went to pick it up to install it again. I couldnt believe my ears when they told me they had thrown it away! It was MY hinge! I ended up having to change the doors because of it, and it cost me almost $2,000. Never again! Dont go near that busines...

I’m not sure how they continue to run a business this way. Item was never delivered, they don’t call you or give you an exact day and time for installation. If i could put zero i would..omg..thy send someone to my house who was not the real person he was the father of the guy who normally does the work..any ways thy placed some shower glass in my house in march 2017 and two nights ago i was laying in my bed and heard this loud bam sound. So when i go check the glass that is stationary in the wall shatterred to pieces just a million lottle pieces. The only thing tht i had going was my washing machine and its on the side of where that glass is located on the washer room. I called them and this girl told me that i had a warranty for 1 year for labor and hardware is three years. She was so rude she kept yelling at me and told me the owner will call me back because she os busy. I waited and waited and no one called so i called back and she yelled and yelled and told me she can jave someone do an estimate but its not covered and which part of that i didnt understand. She saod her name was unacy dont know if i spelled it right. But aweful, just aweful. I coukd hear someone yelling in the background as well.. no asking are u ok, ot im sorry about what happen or we can give u a discount or something..after i do this review im going on home advisor and everywhere to leave another review..nasty place..they were quick to take my money but not quick to help! Dont do business with them.unprofessional and rude

I called them up explained to them what I needed. they gave me a date to come and pick up my broken mirror on my dresser, an a date on when it would be ready. Terrible way to treat to people. I mean, they dont even talk to them, they wait until you are done talking and reply ok. I live far from the store and went to pick my mirror and they were close (when they shouldnt be). Since I was there I called and the message on the phone was we are busy talking to other clients, please hold and nobody was there! Two days later I came back and told the front desk person my experience and she didnt care to explain or even to say sorry. She kept staring at me, waiting for my protocol number and to get rid of me.
