Tried confirming reservations. Phone number on website goes to call center. Call center couldn’t even answer simple questions. They said they would have someone call back. Been a week. DON’T BOOK ROOM THERE
Great location near restaurants, bars and graffiti walls. Our spacious room had a great view from the patio, a full kitchen, TV with Netflix, and a reasonably comfy bed. Open floor plan. Price was very reasonable. My only complaint is the bathroom. Some paint peeling and there is mold in the shower. The water flow from the shower was a disappointing trickle. So if youre particular about cleanliness in the shower this isnt for you. Otherwise, book with confidence.
Please DO NOT stay in this establishment. They do not have any staff in the evening, just a security guard manning the front desk. The sign outside of the building does not read the hotel name so it was hard to determine if we were at the right place. Once we got inside of the room, the first thing we noticed was dry blood stains on the bathroom floor. The “security guard” informed us that they could not do anything and that cleaning service would be an additional fee to us. Later in the evening, we pull the sheets back to go to sleep and what do we find? Blood stains on the sheets. This place is a health hazard! Not sure why the cleaning standards are so low and subpar. If it wasnt so late in the evening, we would have gone elsewhere.
What a great place to stay when youre in Miami. Clean rooms and the staff was great. It was in a cool neighborhood with several great places to eat across the street.. There is an awesome pool and a super view of the city from the roof.. We hope to stay there the next time were in town.
Convenient, quiet, good location, nice room and comfortable bed.overall nice place! Will definitely stay again.
Room is a great size space with a kitchen and king bed. Its in a lively neighborhood, so if its peace and quiet youre looking for, this is not the place for you. Would stay here again.
Great apartments. Not a full service hotel, but easy check & in and out with front desk. Rooms have full kitchens and washer/dryer. Good for extended stays. Great location in the mix of action in wynwood.
On November 7-9th, I stayed with friends at a loft rented at Living Residences. While the accommodations were generally satisfactory, anyone who stays here takes a real risk because of the absolute lack of management support during ones stay. Moreover, after the incident the management offered NO follow-up to our complaints - they did not reach out to us to apologize until I sent a complaint spelling out how terrible their treatment of their guests had been. Even after that complaint, I was offered no amends for their appalling lack of customer service. On Saturday night, at around 2 in the morning (of course, on a night when one of us needed to leave for an early flight!), suddenly the entire loft vibrates with the sound of loud music. It felt as though someone was holding a concert in the loft next door. No one could have slept through that noise. I called the Living Residences phone number to complain. I was told that there was nothing they could do -- they had no staff on hand in the building to deal with such problems. If I wanted to stop the music so we could enjoy our stay, I was told *I* would need to go find out which room was playing the music. In other words, I would need to do the job of staffing the facility for them. The music continued, and our sleep was ruined. In the later email response I received from Living Residences in answer to my complaint about the lack of any staff support or response that night, I was informed, in essence, that Living Residences believes there is nothing they could have done to resolve the problem:Real Living Residences are only located on two floors of the building, so the noise might have not even been coming from another guests of ours but a different unit belonging to someone else. I explained to you that without me knowing the unit number, I was not able to call any of our guests to try to locate where the loud music was coming from and considering the fact that it was 2am, even if I had a specific unit number and would given the guest a call, they would most probably not answer my call due to the hour and the loud music. There are a number of concerns with Living Residences’ decision not to provide any on-site support for its guests. What would happen if a toilet failed in a room? What if one has an encounter with belligerent or drunk residents? What about theft? Clearly, Living Residences is not prepared to offer any support to its guests in such cases. Indeed, they seem to think that their guests arent entitled to any support services at all!I don’t normally provide such terrible reviews, but I want any potential customer to be warned of the situation prior to booking with this company. Had I known the risks, I would have selected a hotel where I know customer service is a priority.
The only good place about this is the location being close to Wynwood - we did not feel super safe in the area though. This place was not cleaned as it should to qualify as a hotel/airbnb, I had to drive to Target close by to buy my cleaning supplies as I dont trust what was left there to use for cleaning dishes etc. Beddings were stained so Im not sure how those were cleaned and basically the place is really worn out from being an old building & from being rented out. It would make sense for the owners to spend some money in maintenance like painting etc. as the place just does not show well.
This place will constantly overbook you and then call you 2 days before your check-in to tell you that they cant accommodate you because of a computer glitch but SO generously will waive all associated cancellation fees. Then youre left booking a last minute hotel the day before your wanted reservation date at inflated prices. They are liars & dont deserve your booking.
Never again!Ive booked a room one month ago and send a email to ask for a earlier check in and nobody answered me. I com today at 6am and the room isnt ready and they say that I have to wait at 3pm. So unprofessional
Regarding appt 703, March 21-24, 2018The apartment 703 has many nice qualities, but the maintenance and cleanliness are unacceptable.-The shower has black mold all around and dirty grout.-Wall paint is peeling.-The toilet paper holder is broken.-A silver fish was crawling in the bathroom. Another was dead under the sink.-The walls are scuffed around the apartment.-The coffee machine was dirty. I had to scrub the coffee residue from the filter holder and the heating base had dried coffee. The coffee maker needs to be cleaned with vinegar or acetic acid cleaner since it brews so slowly-it is plugged.-The balcony was so dust covered, I had to wash my feet after stepping out without shoes. The location is great. We really enjoyed the area. But we cannot recommend the place. It is shameful.
Never will stay here again. Checked in late friday night. Checking in took too long, got in the room and it was filthy, but I was tired. I headed towards the bathroom to take a shower, turned thw water on. In the middle of taking a shower, I noticed little black bugs flying around. I was so horrified that I called the emergency number and no one was there. I just wanted to be moved to another room but no one not even the front desk person could help me. I was stuck paying full price in a room that I couldnt sleep in.I would give them NO STARS if I could
Great services by provided by staff . Great food .
The area is great, your right by like a mini mall, got a restaurant/bar on the next block, the hotel is amazing, its surprising that the expectation was outstanding due to the price you would pay since its a bit cheap, they could charge more, but thats why I loved it.
Nice
Nice view in room 802 fully equipped American fridge spacious dishwasher washing machine dryer pool gym but work in progress so wake up to 8:30 by drills ...
The wave of the hotel is impressive! The location does not speak! Thanks for everything!
Very nice and touristy.
