Space is limited there when unloading so theres patience that comes with shipping with them. I go early in the morning during the weekday to avoid the weekend traffic there. They only have one person out there quoting the prices on the merchandise. I think it would be easier if they had a person for each destination. The folks in the office have never given me a hard time. There are always guys out there waiting to help you unload and make an honest buck for tips. Have your ID ready. Unload then go park outside of the gate. Walk back in. Get a quote. Pay. Get my receipt. Then Im gone. Ive sent plenty of boxes, totes and even a drum. Theyve never opened any of my packages. Not once. My family needs the goods Im sending them and it takes plenty of patience, and its not just here its everywhere.

They are great for shipping but it is difficult to reach anyone at anytime for information. They do get items to Haiti in less than one month usually. Not always according to the time they tell you.Just ship earlier than needed to insure you get the items by the time you need.

I send some stuff to haiti on December 13th 2017. They told they were just embarking the ship and it would reach Haiti before the new years. The stuff made it to Haiti on January 7 and half of the items i sent did not make it on the ship. The stuff that made it to Haiti were open and taken out of the cases. When i call the office i was given the round around. I try to avoid haitian business due to how incompetent they are but thats the only way to send stuff to my family. I have been calling them for 3 weeks nwo tonfind out when the rest of my items will reach Haiti. Their phone is sending me straight to voicemail. I hope madan jeudi get rid of these people and hire new stuff who can run a suficient office.

I would not recommendThis place, they are very unprofessional, and their service is very poor and customer service is rude. I shipped a vehicle to haiti. Its been 4 months my vehicle still not delivered yet. They will lie to you, by telling to you your vehicle will get there next month. Pls dont do business with this people you will be disappointed.
