Scam artists. They purchased multiple items from me on eBay. Few days after USPS delivery to their PO BOX local post office, they claimed that they never received the items. USPS tracking number shows clearly that it was delivered, but their warehouse was closed. They simply refused to pickup the items from thier local post office, and made a claim with Ebay. After they got refund money from ebay, they pickup the items for free. It is Scam!

Scam artists. They made a purchase from me on eBay. About six days after the FedEx delivery I received a claim that they never received the item. FedEx tracking number shows it very clearly that it was delivered.

They have committed fraud against our company. They state the merchandise was not received. Tracking shows received.
