Went for a ups interview and the Guy at the front gate wouldnt let me inside because i didnt have my social security card First time i hear someone not take a drivers license or passport as proper form of ID. In the end i missed my interview because apparently my license and passport wasnt enough to get inside :(

You have to have ID, bring a high visibility vest with you. Had to go in fill out a form sit and wait for them to call you. Once they call you you go to the next person to get paperwork, then you proceed to your door to loAd your freight. They don’t know how to load a trailer the put both pallets against each wall rather then 2 together then stagger the next 2. Overall wasn’t bad but I think I’d rather load somewhere else it took me 3 hrs for 10 pallets.

Once you get a door, its not that long before your loaded.

Slow and frustrating. Everybody seems to be on island time and doesnt really care. Also its quite offencive that the business is being done primarily in Spanish.

This place is not designed for sleeper rigs. too tight, too many box trucks and employees cars are parked next to and in dock area. be prepared to wait hours just to get into a dock, and then fight your way in.

Don’t know if it was the guard of the moment but it was incredible that having paid an overnight shipment he did not let me enter the place to drop the package

They Lost my package 1 month ago they dont know right know where is the package none answer, no follow up, bad customer service ever. I call every day since Dec- 27 and today Jan 17 they dont know nothing about it . Im going to call today again, Im going to put this in the headquarter offices.

Horrible customer service. There were issues regarding to my freight but no one ever called or emailed. After about a week later, I tried to track online to see if my freight arrived destination but learnt it still sit in there Newwark hub. Called them for days to resolve the issue but most of the time CS told me I dont know. Terrible services ever.

Screwed up all my day, my eld hours and my next day appointment. So far everybody seems friendly and nice but 90% of staff does not speak English and cant understand what kind of freight am I picking up and where it supposed to go...so as a result they spent 3 hours loading me with wrong freight and other 3 hours unloading and loading a right staff. Loading was so much slooooooooooooowwwww, about 10 pallets in an hour plus I had to double wrap all the freight because it was not properly stacked on the pallet with a big chance to slide and fall apart while driving, again friendly but old and lazy staff, I even had to explain how to place pallets in trailer properly so they dont lay down on each other...good luck everybody picking up your next load here.

Horrible customer service....horrible management....I worked there for the last 2 weeks of a seasonal hire and complied and followed all rules and protocols. I was never late nor given any disciplinary actions yet I received a negative rehire. Yet the others who slacked and were not doing their jobs were rehired. Hopefully they change the way judge people for their actions instead of who they are...
