SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! Someone in this company hacked into my Sam’s Club account and ordered goods and sent to their facility. They claim their “customer” ordered from an eBay account and they had nothing to do with it. I tracked the eBay account back to A1 Logistics, and every item sold on their account is from Sam’s Club. Inside job. Only when I put the pieces together and called them out on it, did they start telling me I was threatening them and block me from contacting them. How many other people have they scammed?!? They need to be investigated.

Used them in 2017 a number of times. Small shipments to Caracas. Takes about 5 to 6 weeks from Miami via marine transport. They delivered as advertised.

Terrible service, at the beginning all good for being a new customer, but as time goes by they treat you badly, they do not clarify the rates, they charge what they want and also they charge you for practically empty boxes. The attention is very bad from the operator. Not recommended

This company has a service more or less, but the worst thing is that they increase the weight once it reaches their deposit, it happened to me on two occasions in which they use their services.I didnt realize it until I got a closer look at the second shipment.Call the company and they said it weighs what they record in the warehouse ... not what UPS says it weighs !!!So beware of that if you dont want to be overcharged!
