I have had to file a complaint with the BBB. I sent my mother an item and immigration, which happens to have an @picknsend email hasnt been able to authorize the release of the items...because of a code. And the reason claimed? Change in directors!! Not my problem! Perhaps the items were stolen. I have sent enough emails, made daily calls (to DR cause the miami office doesnt pick up calls AT ALL), the employees are sick and tired of hearing from us but still do nothing...dont bother using this company. At this point Id have gotten it there sooner and stress free by just purchasing a flight. The sad part? I am 9 months pregnant dealing with this, and the purpose of the package was for my mother (in quarantine for the past 8 months) to be able to facetime her family in the states. Thank you pick n send for adding to this already difficult year. Oh, and please dont bother with your contact me directly to resolve this matter in an attempt to save face on these reviews. Youve had my info and the opportunity to do so for months ;)
I sent a relative an IPAD over 3 months ago. Every day they call and get a different excuse as to why they cannot claim the item. When they sent someone in person they were told that they need an email from the owner to release the item. They never answer the phone or check their emails.It seems that they are just keeping items when they reach DR. This is a scam and I will be contacting the city of Doral and filing a police report. You are taking advantage of your own people.
I am a Amercan living in the DR. I have read the other reviews and can only say that for me there service has been great. I had one packaged that was lost, but the owner of the company personally found it and shipped it out with no problems. Like I said this is my experience with the company.

This freight company must be investigated by Florida police. There are irregularities with them. I don’t know if it’s when the packages arrive to RD where they open the boxes and interchange the items in. They need to contact the people how receive the packages in RD to get a clear investigation about robbing.
Worst company ever!! I sent a box to Dominican Republic. They received the package in their Miami warehouse but are sending emails about customs and threatening me about fines and stuffs like that. The package is still stuck in Miami and I have tried a thousand times to get in touch with them and they never answer your calls. What kind of service is this. I have already sent them an invoice indicating whats in the box but they still do not answer. I repent that I have used this damned company
Do not under any circumstance use this cargo service. They do not respond to problems. This is a company that deals with cargo and they have no business in this business. BEWARE
Do not ever use this company to ship to the Dominican Republic. They are the absoulte worst...irresponsible, horrible service, and their staff in Santo Domingo are downright fraudulent. I sent 2 boxes on Nov. 28. they should have arrived in 2 days. After a week, we started calling. They said there was no package in their system. I submitted the receipt. Suddenly, they located them. Then, they came with excuses about a commercial invoice. I provided that with the shipment. For the next 4 weeks, it was one story (excuse) after another. Two weeks ago, they demanded payment for the shipment and told us to go to customs and work on clearing the package. Now prior to this, the manager in Miami said Pkck n send did not have the package...that customs was holding it. I paid and it took them a week to give me the release. I arrived in Santo Domingo Jan 7 and I went directly to Pick n Sends bay in the cargo area at the airport. My packages were there, in their custody. The employee explained to me the process to get the package released. Today I did that after paying 27,000 pesos ($560 US), inlcuding a 4000 fine to get my packages. Heres the game the employees at Pick n Send play. They throw up constant hurdles to get the customer to give up and abandon the shipment out of frustration. Then they just keep the merchandise for themselves. on top of all of this, there were 20 items in my shipment that were not there when I picked them up today.
Pick N Send did not deliver my package shipped on July 21, 2017 to Sosua, Dominican Republic. The package was stolen and they asked me to file a complaint. After filing the complaint I was told to wait until the end of July 2017 so they can repair the lost. 5 months have passed since they promised to reimburse me for my package and the reimbursement has not been issued yet. Every time I call them they have a new story to tell. I am extremely disappointed with Pick N Send services; my experience with them was horrible. Their customer service is disappointing; every time I call them to fix the issue the experience is always discouraging, I will not ship my packages with Pick N Send anymore.

They do not answer the calls, I get a package to their address in Miami and they say it has not arrived and they have not been able to solve my problem. You are giving a bad service, putting one to embarrassment with Amazon my package was sent by Amazon twice and both times you say it did not arrive. Att Ps-30084 that has a package in transit that I already received two months ago and it still appears in the system, and they tell me that it is go to my branch in Villa Altagracia and they tell me to go to Santo Domingo wow how low they have fallen If I lose my package I will send this everywhere.
Worst, the packages do not arrive and they do not know how to explain anything to you, for several months they have had a package that according to them did not reach them and I have all the proof that it was delivered, but I will forget that, I do not recommend them for nothing, they are not reliable
The worst service. Employees confuse you. Customs asks you for receipts with this company for everything. It seems they are in trouble with customs. Find another alternative. They will regret it as I regretted it, especially so much that they told me not to go with this company.
I have been using this company for a long time but lately I have had some unpleasant inconvenience, they are taking a long time to update the package. I live in the United States when I send packages to relatives in the DR and for some reason they want to communicate to you in Miami they never answer the call. I have to call the Dominican Republic, Santiago to be able to speak with a representative. Excellent company but they must continue to improve more.
