Very fast to unload, took about two hours and they don’t have overnight parking but I drove straight here and got here at 1 am and I noticed other drivers back into whatever dock you want to pick and choose and just go to sleep wake up in morning to check in.

Most horrible experience, most disrespectful staff. They promised delivery 4 times and they failed without an explanation, Constantly blaming IKEA for not providing the merchandise to them. Please do not ever accept them as your delivery company! Gross mistake!

This is the worst place in Miami to Delivety goods, They don’t have a Receiving system you have to wait more than two hours and when I spoke to the manager he answer was well if you don’t like it do not brIng any cargo here,What kind of an answer is that from the manager.
