My husband and I took this guided trip with Captain Mike and it was so much fun! He immediately put us on fish and that continued through out the afternoon catching plenty including the big 3: Peacock, Tarpon, and Snook. Captain Mike is an EXCELLENT Guide! First class all the way. He is an expert angler and will definitely get you on the fish. If your goal is peacock bass, he is the right guy. But you will also catch many other types of fish as well. He is great with all levels of experience. I definitely recommend him and plan to go back out with him again soon.

Great time with Capt Mike, caught 5-6 nice fish each, Peacock bass mostly with a snook and few Mayan Cichlids mixed in. Nice bass style boat. He knew where to catch the big ones!

I wanted to catch a Peacock Bass, but had no idea and didnt want to spend all day searching for one and then hoping that it would cooperate. I booked this last minute afternoon trip with Urban Legends and they were very responsive and accommodating with some last minute changes. Tony, the owners brother, met us on time and he delivered what I wanted. He took us to a classic awesome Urban Miami location, and we were quickly on the fish, and had some good sized ones. Tony was a great guide, very nice, personable, hard working and super excited about finding big Peacocks. We also had a shot at a 70+ pound Tarpon!!! It was amazing to see the hookup, the run, and then the classic leap, head shake, and spit out the hook. No we didnt land him, but the experience was unforgettably cool. We were a family of 4 and we all caught multiple large Bass. Ill be back, and Ill definitely give Urban Legends a call for another unforgettable experience.

Mike took my husband and me on a half-day peacock bass charter today. He made my dream come true by taking us to some great spots where we landed (then released :) ) several stunning peas. His knowledge is endless and he was very observant and attentive to our needs and to all of my questions. He really worked his butt off the entire time to give us an excellent experience. Did the 2 hour land charter. Mike was prepared and worked to put me on fish the whole time. Top quality equipment. Landed a tarpon the first hour and nine! peacocks the second hour, including one almost seven pounds. He loves what he does and you can tell.

Awesome day of fishing with Captain Mike. Dad and I were down for vacation with Philly Sports Fan Club. Decided to get way from the partying to reel in some beautiful fish. Best Fishing Charter i have ever been on!!! Capt Mike show us everything we need to know about peacock bass and tarpon fishing while on the water with us in Miami. We caught over 30 fish that day with lots of them being over 6 & 7 pounds. I have Fished all over the US and Europe and have always done it on my own. The Peacock Bass was a fish I have always wanted to catch and I had a limited amount of time in the area. My 12yo son has been wanting to go peacock bass fishing since last Christmas. We had the opportunity to fish with both captains Mike and Tony. Both days we were on the fish within 10 minutes or less of launching, and it was nonstop from there! From large mouth bass, orange and Mayan cichlids, and of course peas, there is nothing sweeter than hearing the drag scream! They both educated my son and I on the history of peas, the canals, and proper techniques with casting right to the fish. They provided an awesome fishing trip for my son! Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for these men and the excellent opportunity of a lifetime they provided for my son in crossing this off his bucket list. Our guide Mike put us on at least 40 fish and 10 of them being absolute giant peacocks. He knows all the best spots and knows how to put his clients on some big fish. Highly recommend if you want to catch the peacock bass of a life time.
