Was booked with an amazing captain and crew for three days of fishing off the cost of Miami and had an amazing experience. The experience far exceeded my expectations. We caught 11 different kinds of fish including a 7 foot Sailfish, a 50 African Pompano, a giant 58 Barracuda, several 40-50 pound Amber Jacks, a 5 1/2 foot Hammerhead Shark, a 9 foot Bull Shark and many others. It was the multiple days in a row that allowed us to hit such a variety of fish and have such great size and numbers. Ultimate Fishing Charters told me they were booking me with one of the top boats in Florida and they were absolutely right. I cant wait to go back and do it all again.

I have used Ultimate Fishing Charters twice, and booked the same captain and ship both times. On both occasions, the boat was sparkling clean and well-stocked when our party arrived. The captain was polite and friendly, and mostly stayed out of the way so I could spend some personal time with my children. They both enjoyed the trip, too, especially the great meal.

Was able to book a very short notice charter through this company, which became the best unexpected part of my vacation. He took us through some very gorgeous parts of the Florida Keys, and was able to find and get us close to some dolphins so that we could take some good pictures. I recommend them.

I booked the 65 Viking luxury fishing yacht and couldnt have been more happy. Some of my high-end clients were visiting from out of town and I wanted a charter that would impress as well as excite them. A golf cart picked us up at the Marina in Miami and as soon as we stepped foot on the boat / yacht we knew we were in for a treat. The crew were very professional and the catering was delicious. Captain Howard put us on the fish almost immediately. Our half day catch included two sailfish, a giant mahi and some king mackeral. If you need something more luxurious than the normal fishing charter boat I highly recommend.

Good price for such a large boat. More than large enough for the 20+ people we needed, and great service from the crew while we were out.
