I have never been treated so bad, as a customer, in my life. David, if you are this unhappy with your job, why not look for another that is NOT customer service related? The bad attitude you gave me (and the customer in front of me) was sickening.I brought in a few packages ready to ship. David decided to open my packages and begin looking through my items while throwing my package cushioning on the floor; all this without saying a word to me. I tried to stop him from doing this but when I did, he forcefully grabbed the package from me and pulled it toward him. When I asked he rudely responded. I did not understand his reasoning so I asked him again after the third box. He rudely grabbed my original box and flung it in the air to break it in front of me and threw it back on the ground.I am extremely unhappy with this Fedex location and will not be using their services again. I advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Lets not support being treated this way by customer service representatives.
Came to print out a blueprint and the service was very helpful. Everyone at the time in store seemed to have a great attitude and helped everyone out efficiently
Had a negative experience with a very rude employee. I asked him a simple question about the printer and was given a rude, insulting answer. What a jerk. Didn’t get the employee’s name, wish I would’ve, but he obviously had anger issues, ready snap at any moment.
I just asked how I had to make the photocopies and it seemed that I had screwed it up with my question. I apologized and it was worse. I say if you do not want to be in customer service, no be there is not necessary to have so bad attitude and rude.I hope I do not need to use this location anymore ... David O. 0 stars if I could. I was tryign to ship a biological specimen, but they apparently do not allow to ship biological specimens and this needed to urgently be shipped. I for some reason needed to go to the fedex express place to get this shipped. These people are rude, unhelpful, rude, and disrepsectful. Please take your business somewhere else.
This location is a horrible representation of FedEx. They attempt to rip customers off by repackaging my already packaged items. They won’t take the package but the no franchise FedEx location will. This location is a waste of time and unethically charges for extra boxes when they are not needed

I went on may 03 2021 at 2 pm to this location to send a fax and after i made a mistake on the cover sheet for the fax then I was going to use an other cover sheet to do it right but then the lady employee at the counter didnt let me use an other one and told me to fix it over the mistake because I cant waist paper!!!...so I had to send it all slappy because of this slappy employee!... that is a Terrible Costumer Service!!!
First I was told to wait with unhelpful and rude tone. There were only two customers at the time and a handful more of Fedex employee. So I thought “okay this will be fast.” When I was asked to see paper samples, was barked at again that I needed to wait to get to the counter. After standing for 20 mins I finally get to a register for a “consultation” and the person working there doesnt even say hello or ask how he can help, simply starts asking me my name number and zip code. Overall terrible costumer service, rude and extreemly slow. avoid.
While attempting use the stores computer I was approached by a short black guy in a blue shirt and glasses who had the demeanor of a rabid Pitbull.He asked me what was my reason for being there or what he can do to help me. I told him I did not need his help, I just wanted to use their computers alongside my computer to get some work done.Well that didnt seem to sit well with him; as it seems he wanted to get into it more detail as to what I was there for.He therefore he proceed to bark at me in a louder tone and began to talk to me in a very aggressive and nasty tone.He was extremely confrontational, he went on to say barking the stores policy; not necessarily in the manner of telling me store policy but he was saying what I could and couldnt do, and that I wasnt allowed on the computer but for 30 minutes and that I couldnt use my laptop there because they didnt provide that service anymore.... and so forth and so on.He came at me in such a way that was so nasty and confrontational as if he didnt want me in the store.So I said I told you what I came here for; I came to use your computer along with mine to get some work done, then he yelled out well I was just telling you what the store policy is and I just wanted you to know.So at that time he done ruined my mood and and it messed up my chi and my positive mindset... I just walked out the store.Keep in mind about two weeks prior I had an excellent, marvelous, wonderful experience at this very same FedEx store of course it was with different employees, thats why I came back; expecting the same kind courteous professional service, but all I got was a mad mean-spirited bad attitude person named Amari Singleton.To give you a little more insight as to the demeanor of this Amari Singleton, when I called the store to find out who the store manager was cuz I really didnt know who he was. I asked him when he answered the phone; I didnt know it was the same nasty angry person, but when I asked him did he know who this guy was that I had an interaction with: I described him as I did before he said oh thats me, notice! he did not even try to apologize or see if he did anything wrong or even address how he could make things right because he didnt even look into the customer service aspect of care and concern for customer. All he said was when I asked for his supervisors name or District Managers name... he says well theyre just going to tell you the same thing I told you about store policy.This guy is so comfortable in his bad treatment of customers that he is not even concerned about you talking to his higher-ups because obviously they condone his mannerisms.I would advise everyone not to patronize this location or if you do CAVEAT EMPTOR buyer beware of this nasty store manager Mmari Simpleton, I mean Singelton.
I just stopped by to copy and print some documents. Marcus was extremely polite and helpful. Started by opening the door for me and my baby in a stroller as well as wiping the station before i started printing. Pleasantly surprised and will always come back to this location.
Impressed by the professionalism of the staff and efficiency of service during this pandemic. Very respectful and attentive. This location is in fact open (check FedEx website). Ive submitted several online print orders and they are always ready quickly. The whole store is clean, organized and sanitized. Only a few people are being let in at one time. I went in to make several copies today and had absolutely no issues with the machines. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
I went in there to return an item it was fast and efficient . Workers in there are also very helpful, shout out to Rod especially.
I just had an incredibly pleasant experience here! It was obvious they are taking the new COVID safety guidelines seriously. I needed to print my resume. They gave me the instructions, printed my resume on the special paper I brought, and informed me of a great bundle sale they have going which includes 10 copies of my resume and a complimentary folder. The associates were friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and prompt.
This Woman was very rude to me this morning for absolutely no reason. There is normally a gentlemen I wish I knew his name but there is a photo of him down below who helps me ships out my items without any complications amazing customer service but today was absolutely the worse. All I asked was for her to put the item in a envelope so that it can be shipped out at a better price. She insisted that I needed a box when I knew all I needed was an envelope. I did not argue with her and left but I can feel that she did not want to help me at all
Best customer service at FedEx ever! Mike made everything easy, no complications whatsoever. I am clueless with tech stuff but Mike stepped me through it and in a timely manner. Hands down best FedEx store! I used to visit another store but can’t compare with level of professionalism. Thank you Mike!
I love this place!!!! Ive been printing and shipping. Theres something about this FedEx that I just love it when I go there. If youre in a rush and you have to print something, you can use their self-service printers. Im not sure what happens if you e-mail your document, I think you go the reception desk and ask them to print it for you.

Service in the Time of Covid: A quick note to applaud this FedEx centers staff on the new protocols theyve seamlessly adopted to ensure a streamlined experience. From the gentleman at the front door (so polite..whomever you were Friday 6/26 about 3 p.m.) who opened the door, greeted everyone warmly, and directed them to different areas (i.e. printing, computer use, shipping, etc.). The gentleman that shipped my package didnt just direct me to the wall where I could find an envelope - he walked over there to get it for me. Its the little courtesies that make such a huge impact. Its a new world these days; somewhat surreal and unrecognizable, but service like I experienced yesterday (123rd & Biscayne) is salve on the wound.

Nice facility and usually good service. Today I got bait and switch. I had a very well packaged cellphone, but I was charged extra for “wrapping.” WTH. Nonsense upcharge. This charge was not disclosed to me, just put in by the agent with no explanation. Basic rate differed greatly from website. Not a good experience today.

Well on Sunday 1/12/2020 I went over there to that store and I only printed a $6.00 worth printing double sided. Before clicking on printing the computer screen says it was $6 and some change. Because I used their computer for like 37 minutes to go to my email and print whatever I needed to print. They charged me $14.00 Well wont find me again!!! this is bad!!!!! Really bad!!!!!!! First they dont tell you anything about being charged using the computer. Theyll just tell you yes you can use the computer. Make sure you ask first before you go sitting behind a computer because they are timing you and they dont tell you anything about it. I ended up paying $21.00. The only reason I knew, was when I checked my bank account.
With this internet era it is my first time having to send something on FeDex. I went in and out fast. A little waiting time for them to finish helping other people but nothing out of normal. Great service for my personal experience.
Had to print maybe 20 pages, emailed to the printer... Never got a code back...complained to the staff, at first was met with a very unprofessional attitude. Then they decided after I had to try for 20 minutes to print them out for me behind the counter, at the self service price. They still could not receive my emails. The systems in place here to help guest simply print a few documents is horrible! Still waiting for them 35 minutes later!!!! I will update when . they actually get something done here!

I went to print some documents the last Wednesday, and the girl who was working left my usb on their computer.So Friday come to pick it up, wasted 30 min of my time to go back, and when I reach the person in charged I guess told me I have to make the line (10 people in line ) .......,, is this possible .... what kind of service is this !!!! I need my usb .. I have important info on this !!! Very upset .. I left so I have to come back wishing they don’t lose it ....
Customer service is below 1* they are strolling on the floor like Sunday every day feels like they are asking you to pay for each of their steps and rolling their eyes when you ask for a solution or a different option. Often they dont have the right box or material unless you bring your own package all wrapped up and do their job for them. Personnel in this store is just to collect pay checks not for service, management needs to look into self motivated employees. Enough said, ask for service in ups, its a lot better.
The associates there were very helpful assisting me with what I needed. Its neat and clean, as well as comfortable.

Horrible! Be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes for anything. If there is a short line, it’s 30 minutes to get to the front of the line which is less than 3 people. If there is more than 3 people be ready to wait at least 45 minutes!If there is no line, you will wait 5-10 minutes for someone to walk up.Wait, here’s the best part; you wait till you get to the front to be handed the stuff needed to be filled out... AND THEN GET SENT TO THE BACK OF THE LINE AGAIN!Horrible, stick to the UPS store down the street, it’s not as nice, but runs like a business. Even the USPS is easier to get through than this facility.

You know technology nowadays. That was the last straw from this location. Beyond frustrating and not worth the convenience of going because it is open 24 hours. Their overnight person is a nightmare to deal with. On three separate occasions I have been told that my online order got lost in the technology and they were unable to print it out. The most insulting part about this experience the first time was that I was told, you shouldve called ahead to make sure it was ready for you (despite being ordered 6 hours prior! I will never be going there again. This last time I called ahead (only using this location for an emergency) and I was told on the phone, Ill do my best to get to it. Business is business, not a favor. I should not have to thank you for you taking the time to do what I am paying for in the first place and giving you the proper time to complete. One last fun tidbit, using their photo machines are a joke because when they run out of photo paper to print on I am told by someone on the day staff yea, that happens. We havent ordered paper in months. I guess it IS just technology nowadays.
The go-to place! easy to pull in; but horrible workers! I dont mind the wait. But to finally get someone: rude, condescending, lazy and not even polite speaking when you come each week.. .. Brian, Tonia, Laura think they can talk to customers any kind of way. But will get the fight they push for, with their nasty attitudes. Why work in customer service? Next time, we put on video for social media.

Was helped promptly and courteously. Shipped 3 large packages in the midst of holiday season and took me a grand total of 10 minutes maximum. Will definitely use them in the near future.

This place is the worst... here to pick up a job that was supposed to be ready 24 hours ago ( we’ll give you a call when it’s ready) never got the call. So today I called and the phone must have rung 100 times before someone answered the phone. I get here and the line is out the door at 12:30 pm and two people are working in the whole store. Bad customer service, rude,long wait time.. the entire time I’ve been waiting here there’s super annoying beeping sounds have been going offnever again.
I guess everyones leaving bad reviews so Ill just chime in to say I went once and they were super helpful, polite, and very efficient getting what I needed accomplished. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

I have been here many times in the past and they have been very helpful. But now have horrible customer service, the staff has attitude and isnt helpful. I wanted to use the self print services but they were either out of service or not working properly and the lady working there in an attitude gave me alternative options that costed double and triple than the cost of printing something simple in color. If thats how they want to loot customers and get business, they are going to loose their credibility and customers fast!

It is completely stupid to make people who are only picking up packages wait on people who are doing a full service. The guy there was rude and talked about me to another customer, how unprofessional. Instead of understanding what I was asking, he assumed I was trying to skip other customers.
Big space, with various services from shipping to printing and not only. Is centrally located and has many spaces for parking. Deadline for shipping next day would be by 6pm in the afternoon

Each time I visit this location, the staff always try to find a way to add some unexpected fees. I have a prepaid label on my box yet the attendants first comment is an additional charge. Thanks but no thanks. Im taking my business elsewhere.
Fedex is a disgrace. Do Not use Fedex! They broke the contents of my package for a product sold to my customer, professionally packed, during shipping and destroy it without my consent! To make things worst they denied my claim for a refund!!! They say it takes 5-9 days to process a refund, then another 5 days to get a letter saying my claim was denied!?!? This is so unacceptable! Its been 27 days since i shipped and I am still do not know what is going to happen. Customer Service is useless. Every time I call they say they are helping me but next time I call to follow up no actions were taken. Package handlers/ drivers do not care about packages and just drop it, shove it, kick it even with fragile/glass stickers.I will never use Fedex again and I will sue then if I am not disrespected like that
I went to this location tonight after work because I need to print through my email but then when I used their computer station to print my daughters VPK certificate it says call the admin because the website was blocked. I asked the Guy who only worked there for help . He told me he cant help me and he cant changed anything about the computer s settings. He was so rude and just logged of the computer while I was at the chair then shut it down and told me he will give me my refund. One of the lady who needed to print her 9 year old daughter s project through Google told me that David was so rude that she needed my help how to save the photo in her phone from Google and asked me to show her how to send it Fed ex email because David was so unhelpful, rude and lazy.
This has to be the slowest shipping place in USA. I have been there twice and have spent 45 minutes just to get a receipt from a preprinted labeled package. I will understand if there is a long line of people but there were only 3-4 people in front of me. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, its hard to just go away and throw away your time so I decided to write this review on what will be my last trip to this center. I have had ample time to observe this place and I dont know if the workers do everything slowly on purpose or if the computer system is the main problem. I observed one of the guys behind the counter who was processing a couple of boxes from a client and I timed 7 minutes just to enter the address on the computer. Be aware and prepared to spend a lot of time. I will suggest to look for alternative places if you can. I hope the manager or the owner could read this review and do something to improve this business.

I live a couple of blocks away from this location & it is open 24 hours which is the ONLY reason I have come a couple of times as a last resort. The staff is completely clueless & rude... never seen anything like it. The equipment always has issues, the staff walk around with earbuds on & either ignore you entirely or - if they choose to acknowledge you - will act as though you are tremendously burdening them by kindly asking for assistance! You can try to kill them with kindness, but they will still appear as though they just absolutely loathe being there in the first place. By far the worst customer service of any establishment I have ever been to.
I had a last minute project to do and was help by young lady by the name of Danielle Noel and she was amazing she was very personable and friendly we had great conversation and she did exactly what I needed her to do five stars go to this FedEx for her service!!! Thank you for your time!

OMG this is the worst location ever. I was just in there tonight. Shawn (Shaun), however his name is spelled was the rep that was suppose to be helping me. His customer service, left much to be desired. He disappeared in the back for like 15 minutes, even though he knew I was waiting for him to assist me. He did not even have the professionalism to say Ill be back. Only one color copier was working. I ended up just leaving. I then called back and who did I get Shaun. So I ask for the general managers name and he tells me Kelly. I ask for her last name, he states that he does not want to give because he does not know what is going on and then he refuses to tell me when she will be there. He says, you are being rude so Im not going to tell you. He is so ill equipped to be dealing with customers. I even recorded him. I am so going to send it to corporate. Worst experience ever!!!
Very helpful and professional people. I went to do a project on April !st, 2015. Before I went, I called to ask some questions regarding a program I needed and to verify the hours. Socha, answer the second time and she was very nice and helpful. I do not remember the guys name but he is slim, tall, dark skin and very very helpful. I decided to go because my project was do for the next day. I got there and they are very busy, I started using my computer but I have little knowledge almost nothing about PhotoShop Program. The guy was very nice, even though it was busy he managed to help me out. I finish my project, the guy and Socha assisted me to print out the papers. It was still busy but they both managed to assist everyone. I have never seen such a good attention in that place. I barely go there but these guys are very good in Customer Service.

The people who work here are moderately helpful, so on that they get a 3. But the amount of people working is the problem, and Ive reflected that in the 1 star, because it is that bad.
One scanners copy of the paperwork cant be read the other scanner takes over 2 mins per page, you are charged per minute regardless of the quality
If you have items that value over 1000, please do not use this location they will open boxes and replace tape and ship the boxes with nothing in it. Active duty member never received items with name embroider on it.
