The five star ratings have too be paid or fraudulently given. I had to firmly request cancelation and refund. I am on a no fly list due to Covid-19. My second infection. I was told yeah we will cancel you but the charge cannot be refunded. Im not paying for something I am unable to use. And I definitely cannot fly to Miami right now Geesh. Great service l guess! After I would not take no for an answer, she places me on hold for one minute and the refund was miraculously approved. Tread carefully.

Whether you just need a desk or a private office, this is the best place in Downtown Miami to get it. I needed to get out of the apartment for two months and they were able to accommodate me for a short term rental (but also offer long term rentals as well. Most of the people working there are in long term agreements). The price was more than fair. The office staff is wonderful. Getting signed up and in the door was very easy and the office admins are really helpful and keep everything well-stocked, and organized. I highly recommend this office space.Other notable things:StartHub office: The coffee machine is amazing. Free little snacks and drinks all the time. Fresh pastries brought in occasionally. Lots of windows and glass walls make for lots of natural light. The chairs are comfortable and desks are nice and allow for cable management. Cleaning crew to collect trash and vacuum comes through at the end of every day. The office is always locked after business hours. They have a nice big conference room in the office thats available to reserve.Building: Front door to the building locks after business hours and theres a great 24/7 security team. Not a very tall building so the wait for elevators is never long and they were never broken.Location: In a nice part of downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Starbucks and Jimmy Johns right across the street. Metro mover stations and bus stops are close. Decently close to to the Brightline. Parking is close by also.

Great place to get some work done. The start up hub is super clean and the atmosphere is second to none. I prefer this spot to any of the weworks in Miami. They have great flex desk options as well 24/7 access for members.

The girls in the back office are just splendid! Hard workers and always willing to assist with a smile on their face. Never did I feel I was asking for too much and always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you ladies for making StatHub my home away from home.

This place is amazing. A lot of space, good light, new furniture and diverse spaces. There is also free printing, snacks and water. The neighberhood is also pretty convenient - good restaurants around and big retailers for window shopping. Highly recommended!

Came just for the day and had a very productive time there. I found StartHub on Coworker and the reviews were great. Checking in and getting set up was super simple! That was really nice, since I have been at other spaces were it is a process. I told them I was just there for the day - was passing through Miami - so they didnt bother me with the sales pitch and all that. They let me work. Much appreciated David. Also, I have a call and they set me up in their conference room for free. Oh and I totally lucked out, on Mondays they have free breakfast for their coworkers and they invited me to enjoy it as well. Internet was fast, the layout was lovely, and I was productive. It was a little on the chilly side for me, but then that is just Florida and their love of AC. Besides that, 5 out of 5.

Nice place to work for the day, but this place needs to get their act together. What is in the email does not match what is on the site which both did not match what the representative told me. The price jumped based on how much I was willing to spend. Feels like a scam.Also unusual amount of 5 stars here I dropped mine to 1 to counteract even though I feel it should be rated higher.

Place is a scam! They are bottom of the barrel if you ask me. You are better off using Regus for office space/Virtual or Earth Class Mail for virtual or ipostal for virtual. I told them to cancel multiple times and obviously has not. I reported them to multiple sources and if they falsely report on my business files, they will be facing a lawsuit.

I love this place! Its an awesome Miami space to rent an office at and meet lots of Miami based entrepreneurs. They have a great staff and a great vibe for the price. I would definitely consider renting another office space here. :)
