Lilly was extremely responsive, we needed a large meeting room fast and she stepped up to the plate. Space had been sanitized, was very clean, and it included gloves, tissues, hand sanitizer, and paper towels which were all available to guests. There is a beautiful kitchen nearby with filtered water, coffee, snacks and lunch machines. The space was also very quiet, great atmosphere for a meeting or to have your serene workspace.

If I ever consider moving to full time office quest is where im going first!

I’ve been working from home since April but was called into a meeting by my boss at quest workspaces, I was nervous about being in Brickell during the pandemic. However I was so surprised to find that the girls at quest were so clean they cleaned before and after us leaving. The center was not over crowded how Brickell usually is and everything just seemed so covid complaint. The coffee was also amazing!

Both of the people at the desk were extremely helpful, they had the room set up beautifully and cleaned up each day that we needed it, they were able to let us in very early before our official start time as soon as they got into the office, and it was an extremely easy to use accessible, and beautiful space that they have there. A seamless and easy process.

5 stars is an understatement. They do breakfast for new clients to interact with current clients. They have cafecito everyday at 3:05 and they have cookies on Mondays. I think the reason it took so long is because I have come to expect the outstanding service I receive on a daily basis. Maybe even took it for granted a bit.Recently, my assistant left and Ive had to take on all her duties and continue to run my business. I felt overwhelmed and lost to say the least. While I have always relied on Quests service team and appreciated them, Teri suggested that I sift through my pile of things to do and allow the team to help me. I am so glad I listened. Now I find myself leaning on this team on a daily basis. Things like Power Point presentations, binding reports, sending International FedEx packages and even using a copier machine do not come easy to me. Thats were the Quest staff has really gone the extra mile and made my work life bearable againSo this is not only a review but also a heartfelt THANK YOU. Quest is an amazing workspace! In my past experience Ive been working with many other companies, but none was like Quest. Theyre really take bride in accommodating their customers, being supportive and working around to different requests. For example, my company had to organize a meeting of 20 people and they even provide use with no cost lunch for our customers. Stuff is really nice, and they work fast making things happen.

The Conrad is a beautiful building surrounded in the heart of Brickell. Quest is conveniently located on the 8th and 9th floor, so you dont have to wait so long in the elevator. Kathleen sets up the happy hours, shes awesome (she told me to write this [so not true, jk]). Lily is my dawg! Sally is reliable and a problem solver. Kathy is like a ninja, and well Gaby... is well... Gaby. Everyday is a different day with Gaby. Everyone is full of energy, smiles, and good vibes. Everyone wants to learn and progress. Good environment.
