Horrible service. You call they say no manager is available. Then they tell you they will call you back and they never do. Once they know you have complained they remember your number, and won’t answer again. They are a disgrace!

Region security was one of the first companies I ever started with security. Regions they give you a lot of hours and there not that bad of a company the only thing what they need to start doing is having there supervisors train the guards better. That was the only issue I had with Regions security when I was employee they always payed on time and very quick to give you extra hours if needed.

This is an unprofessional Security Company that does nothing in our Condo. Only physical presence, when its not raining... Waste of money.As a response to the Owner (neither name, nor contact provided) this refer to El Conquistador Condo, where the guards, do not enforce none of the parking rules they are supposed to and you can see overnight; crashed vehicles, reverse parking to hide expired tags, out of parking lines vehicles, vehicles in no parking areas, commercial and oversized vehicles, vehicles without parking decal and so.All other rules in regard to hours of use of recreational areas and behavior of residents in common areas are neither enforced by the guards on duty.Guards are only patrolling from their golf cartsI havent seen a supervisor around checking what guards are doing.Its my right to write this free own review, even keeping my anonymity, but its your must to comply with the duties you were hired for.

I just spoke to the supervisor Darren of regions security who handles the condominium where I live. He explained he is unable to hold one of his employees responsible for not following protocol and towing my car for being parked in my neighborhood. The car was towed without checking to see if I am in fact supposed to be here. There was no understanding and frankly, very poor customer service. I do not recommend using this company where the supervisor takes no accountability for the mistakes of his employees.

Terrible “security” company. Simply put.

I took the concealed weapons class and enjoyed it very much. I felt like the facility was set up just for the people taking the class. They had a beautiful display of guns, almost like a large sampling of different style guns. I would totally recommend this class as it was informative and filled with great ideas how to protect yourself.

I took a concealed weapons class today!!! Taught by Marcelo Roberts. Awesome instructor, hands on and thorough. We learned multiple things included but not limited to gun safety, laws and stance when holding your weapon. I learned a lot and had fun in the process.

What can I say about this company. I quit thus company because I got tired of it. They dont pay u the over time u do. You have to buy the Uniform the supervisor are lost they dont know how work. I spend like 4 month too see if someone relive me from my post but no one got there on time. Super low pay 8.75 really I apply to another company and they are paying me 11 an hour. Recent employee, Yesterday I quit. horrible experience the pay rate for this job is horrible . I been sexually harassed by another security guard, I went to the company and they hardly believed me. The supervisors don’t know how to do there’s jobs. They make any type of way to write u up, and also lie. I don’t recommend this company to anybody.

They are super-duper professional. They pay super-duper high pay, have medical, dental, life insurance & offered to help me with getting my doctoral degree in security sciences. I was so excited about getting a job here. It had always been my dream-- like meeting Elvis Creapo. I almost had an accident my first day because I was so excited. Most of the staff have above average intelligence for people from the Pinar Del Rio area. The women in the office are the opposite of rude and unattractive, they would make a macho with a Nissan Altima & Miami Heat plates proud.

The company offers terrible service for the homeowners. They are slow to respond on HOA issues and the quality of employees is low because Regions offers no benefits to employees thus prevents quality folks to apply.
