I contacted Creative Staffing to help me find a new position. Spoke to Sue Goldstein, their VP who asked me a broad range of questions about my prior employment and what my goals with a new position would be. I e-mailed my resume, and while I thought it was good, this woman put some thought and consideration into a rewrite. She stayed in contact with me all throughout the search effort, giving support and guidance. I dont usually write reviews, but after reading some of these reviews, I had to. When I started looking for office work, nearly 20 years ago now, I used Creative Staffing and they found me a temp-to-perm job, which ended up hiring me permanently after a couple of months. Fast forward to a decade later, when I was just moving back to Miami after having lived in Southern California for a few years. Because of my initial positive experience with Creative, I contacted them again and they, again, found me a temp-to-perm placement, who hired me permanently within 2 months. Another decade later, I now work in school administration and when I need to have an administrative position filled, Creative is who I use to meet my needs.Sue is a lovely woman. She is utterly professional and will invest in you... -if- she feels that you will be an asset to Creative and the companies she helps staff. What she also is is honest, which I particularly love. With Sue, you know where you stand. If youre a professional candidate who is honest about your resume and your abilities, or if youre an employer, you cant go wrong with Creative AND Sue Goldstein.

Shawn and Sue are great at what they do. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a part/full time job. Jobs can be temp to permanent. Professional, responsible and they truly care about their clients.

Because I have a child thats was only a few months old, Sue chose not to help me look for work. she automatically judged me. its funny how she helped my best friend who is single and has no kids and my cousin as well who is also single and no kids. Horrible!!.... All because of Sue! Sue is absolutely the WORST person you can speak to there! She is mean, rude, disrespectful, insulting and very unprofessional. The manner in which she speaks to potential temp job seekers is atrocious! She is demeaning and liked to belittle others solely based off their resumes. Which shows her abilities or lack thereof of any useful information or assistance in job placement. I highly advise anyone looking to go through this temp agency to avoid it all together. As Sue the Cancer of that agency will only make you regret calling them in the first place!! Sue is exactly what is wrong with the company. Frankly I have no single clue why she is still allowed to be there. He has built-up resentment toward me and he used this issue that creative staffing and I had as an opportunity to write hateful things about me and say that my review is unequivocally false.1. He has absolutely no clue about what happened between creative staffing and I.2. He was not the one who referred me to creative staffing.3. He sees this situation as a green light to go ahead and write a review and say negative things about me to attempt to make me look like a bad person.When I applied to Creative Staffing for them to help me look for a job, I was helped out by Shawn. After about two weeks Sue Goldstein called me a few times for a job and I did not answer at first because I did not recognize the phone number. I got a call today, and when I called back Shawn answered and said Is this Jennifer? and when I said yes she immediatley transferred me to Sue and the first thing she did was YELL at me and say What the hell?! Do you want a job or what? This is rediculous. Those exact words. When I POLITELY apologized for not answering the phone as I did not recognize the phone number, she proceeded to RUDELY keep yelling. I hung up on her because I was BAFFLED by the way she was speaking to me. She called me back and said Let me start off by apologizing to you because I shouldnt have gotten mad like that. Then when I told her that I didnt need her to aplogize to me or even assist me in finding a job at all if she was going to speak to me like that, she started begging me to let her apologize to me. SUE GOLDSTEIN, you have no right to speak to anyone that way whether you are helping them look for a job or not. You are extremely out of line, unproffesional and disrespectful. Especially coming from someone that works at a JOB recruiting agency. If you feel that it is okay to speak to anyone in that manner and make them feel belittled just because they didnt answer 2 or 3 calls because they didnt recognize the number, you are WRONG!
