Dont go to this place. your teeth are very valuable to be in the hands of unprofessional people that the main thing is money not your health. I went for a filling and the Dr was not careful with the drill. When I finished, what they put on me was not the same color as my tooth, a stain could be seen and when I touched it with my tongue, it was not well finished. The Dr left a space between my teeth, and the food was left when I chewed horrible. the filling of the tooth fell out after 3 months, they use cheap materials. Do not buy the smile plan that they sell you, they offer you a discount and two dental cleanings after you pay for it and when you call they tell you that it is already expired they sell you something and then they dont even call you to schedule an appointment I feel cheated by them I had to visit another a much more prestigious dentist who was amazed at the work that had been done to me. In that clinic I was treated by Dr. Otrero and the other when leaving the clinic the girl at the front desk tells you to make a comment so they see that everything is 5 stars all lies !! Take care of your teeth find a better place !!

Dr. Gonzalez besides doing an amazing work is honest and caring, he has a great team, they are all Amazing . I would highly recommend his dental practice to anyone.

I went to this dentist because no one else would pull out my tooth because of this epidemic. They agreed to help me out as I was in a lot of pain for 2 weeks straight and they were very nice and made sure I had no pain. In my experience in being to other dentist a lot don’t care much about how much pain you have during the operation but these guys did care and made it painless. The place was clean and the staff are super nice.

If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would because this is the absolute BEST dental office! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended. I was recommended by a friend and I couldnt be happier. The office was EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable about my mouth and explained everything in great detail of what I had and needed done. Ive been to a lot of dental offices before but this one is by far my favorite! The manager is super nice and has amazing customer service. Everyone always has a smile on there face. Very friendly environment. The doctors and the hygienist are wonderful people and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended for adults and kids.

Dr. Adrian Gonzalez was fantastic. I moved from another city and it has been very hard for me to trust another dentist. Hello, I found them on google after breaking my front tooth and in my opinion I could not have found a better place. Dr. Adrian was very patient and understanding to my fear of needles and work with me to where no I am confortable and have gone back to do more work and cleaning. They also have a great yearly program. I would recommend them anytime.

Worse service I ever had, they were over an hour late to see me for my appointment. The dental hygienist was rude, unprofessional and screamed at me bc she said I should have not had schedule a cleaning on my first appt. Lack of honesty with the prices, they make agreements with the clients and they do not comply, with medical insurance they charged me 432 dollars in cash plus what they charged the insurance for a cleaning, in total they charged me 1,250, I do not recommend it to anyone

Doctor Oteros clinics are the best in Miami in terms of ATTENTION, STAFF and SERVICE! Starting with the hygienist who is a persons heaven. Every time I have to do a cleaning, I do not hesitate twice to go shop with suri, she is a professional in what she does, and the treatment she provides to all her patients is extremely extraordinary! The hygienist, Siuri Castilla, had a very, very unprofessional attitude. You could tell he was in a hurry to finish and his attitude from the beginning went from bad to worse.PERIODENTAL HYGIENE TREATMENT $ 12501 / He did not give me the corresponding evaluation and already charged for the measurement of the gums on the left side of the mouth.2 / I did not get enough anesthesia like the first time and I felt discomfort and continuously pricked myself with patches to get out of it. Her excuse is that I was more sensitive when I didnt even move.3 / and the most SERIOUS thing was that the phone rang and without further ado he released the instrument that he was using inside my mouth and with his gloves on he grabbed and picked up his phone he put it on his ear and with the same gloves he put the hands again in my mouth and continue to workwhile she was on the phone telling someone to wait for her in the parking lot in 10 minutes when she hadnt been working with me for more than 15 minutes and this periodical cleaning requires almost 1 hour.PHONES ARE THE APPARATUSES WHERE THE MOST BACTERIA BUILD UP, THE LACK OF HYGIENE WAS SO HORROROUS THAT I CAME TO MY HOUSE SHAKING WITH A LOT OF ANXIETY.4 / the first time the right part of the mouth took 1 hour with me cleaning and this time the left part that according to her was worse it took only 30 minutes, how is it possible?5 / He did not give me the corresponding antibiotic because he wanted to leave and his excuse was that he was bleeding ...
