Theres a lot of phone repairs store in Miami, and its hard to be wowed by them. But this is certainly an exception, going above and beyond.I was helping my roommate with a cracked screen on his phone, and we went inside. In less than a minute, Dennis helped us with the intake and brought Michael to explain the repair process to my nervous roommate. It was stellar customer service, and theyve got my business whenever Ill have issues with my phone.

The staff at Techy made the impossible possible.Their attitude and knowledge made my experience less stressful than it would have been with others. I had many shops near my house but after a diligent research I drive 30 minutes to go to this place in my old neighbor, I dont regret they have a very good service and prices, is better to sell one million items for one dollar than a quarter of a million for $3 thats economic, I hope they continue with good prices and service, highly recommended .

Came in for a new screen protector. They told me they were out of stock and that it will be Monday when I would receive it as soon as I get home they call me saying they got one left in stock. Came they installed it in 20 mins it was all great then I cracked the new one as soon as I reached my car when I was fiddling with my case. I went back inside and they took care of me. They are very professional I wish they can also fix my bad luck 😅

30 dollar diagnostic fee before they do any work. $30 dollar goes to the repair itself if it repairable. That double edge sword. It was oh okay service but it felt like you were bother them while you paid the service. Called twice to see if he could email me the final results for insurance claim . I believe that $30 dollar I gave should have been more than enough to get an email of the result ( yes I called twice and never received the email).. They should be attentive to customer. For these three issues is why I gave 3 star. But they do have good price and quick service.Pros: Great price, quick serviceCons:Not attentive to customer needs, no follow ups, attitude

I called and told them I dropped my phone I pulled in and Mr Ray told me it’ll be 30 minutes. Well Mr.Chris came back with my phone perfectly fixed IN 15 MINUTES!!! I’ve never had a place as nice and quick as these guys. I will absolutely come here when my phone breaks again. Because lord knows it will happen again. Well, to the girl who assisted me at this location, never called me back for a special ordered part. 2 weeks later I was told the part was no longer available! 2 weeks! She gladly took my money though. I would give this company less than 1 star if it was an option.*EDIT FOLLOW UP*Funny enough the girl no longer works for the company! The employee turn around rate for this company is laughable. I guess the negative reviews were actually true. How many more managers will you guys go through? Revolving door much?I guess thats why the company is rebranding their name and look. Word of advice, rebranding does not change the person or persons wearing the brand. Change your culture DR. I was told high prices, high deductibles, but here in DR Phone, it was painless, quick, and well done.

Got my tampered glass for iPhone 11 from here. The guy installed it for me was super friendly and service was quick. Plus if your tampered glass breaks, they’ll install a new one for for $5! Didn’t get my screen fixed this time (thank goodness), but if anyone ever needs it, this is the place to do that as well. Reasonably priced and 20/30 minute repair. Awesome place.
