This isn’t best buy geek squad, it’s better! Looks similar, employees 3X as knowledgable and the environment was very clean. Called in 15 minutes before I arrived and I was taken care of greatly. They put my components under the microscope and showed me what we were going to do, asked me less than 6 questions and I was on my way out with an estimate in 48-72 Hrs, simply amazing.You can tell the individuals we’re very knowledgeable and willing to give it their best shot, I truly appreciate it. Saw their ad on Instagram and decided to give them a go and have them upgrade my laptop to a larger SSD hard drive. Everything worked out well. I then brought them my computer tower that crashed and wasnt booting up. I also had them install 2 new SSD drives for better performance and wiped the existing Sata HD and made that a 2nd storage drive. Also had them inspect and perform any needed maintenance to get this computer back up and running to the best of its ability and they came through once again and got me up and running again with this tower and all is working as it should be.These folks are very knowledgeable and can get your computer fixed the right way. Ill definitely be using them again for all my computer repair needs.

Based on my experience, I wouldnt try to fix another computer. At least not here. The diagnosis was not the most accurate and I was charged for it unlike other places where its complementary. My mac went in for one problem and it was returned with two more issues. It took weeks to fix my machine (a part had to be ordered, but the process couldve faster had we not gotten into a misunderstanding in the communication). Bottom line, I had to buy a brand new computer among all the waiting and on top I had to pay to repair this one. To me, it was a waste of time. I do have to note that the lady in the front desk and the tech itself are nice, everything was just too slow and confusing at times.

I gave them my pc tower on Monday and received it on Friday and throughout they week, they updated me with pictures to see the progress.I encountered a problem once I got it back but I contacted them and a representative was able to help me through text. I took my IMAC to Prime Tech because it was running very slow. I got a diagnosis immediately. The tracking of diagnosis, approval of repair and process in general was updated by email. It also included pictures about other issues found it during computer test and the before and after.They were honest about the work, very friendly and efficient.

This business is the real deal. My MacBook Pro is almost ten years old and started giving me problems. Pink stripes were showing up on the monitor. Two other tech stores I visited told me I would have to replace the logic board (which is really expensive). One of the stores was an apple certified place, but I did not trust them. After speaking on the phone with a rep from Prime Tech, I decided to bring my old, banged up computer to them. And I was amazed at the level of customer service and care I received. This is the only place that sends you a diagnostic with video and photos of the inside of your computer! Genius! Most tech places ask you to just trust them and take their word that theyre telling the truth about whatever is going on inside your machine. But Prime Tech shows you a video of your machine on the inside and outside Before, During, and After the start working on your computer. After taking my computer to them, they were able to fix the problem without replacing my Logic Board. Now Im writing this very review using my computer!!! Its so hard to find an honest business these days. This place is the real deal.

I asked the lady at the front desk how much does it normally cost to replace my laptop DC Jack and she told me, $75-$85, maybe more. She also said that after I authorize the estimate; it should be ready by the next day. The technicians looked at my computer, found nothing else wrong with my laptop expect for my DC Jack, and gave me an of estimate was $165!!!After agreeing to pay that ridiculous price; 5 days passed and I hadnt heard anything from them. I sent an email asking for an update. I also stated that if my laptop was not repaired yet, I was gonna take it with me. A few hours later, I get a call from them saying that my laptop is almost done and I can pick it up tomorrow.When I went to pick up laptop, I asked the lady why did she $75-85, and her response was, I told you it could have been more. I was expecting more, not 100% more. She also said, Maybe I shouldnt have told you anything when you asked me. They make you pay a $40 diagnostic fee, then they overcharge; knowing if you dont do the work with them, you are out $40. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The woman and the front desk portrayed their business and reasonably priced and efficient; they were neither.

Good people, good service, they know their stuff and in the rare cases that they haven’t, they have been transparent with me and helped figure things out. They helped me fix a Macbook Pro keyboard and most recently helped me with some major upgrades to my Mac Pro, fairly quick turnaround as well. Also, shout out for women in tech!

Took my HDD (harddrive) in for repair about a week ago. Recently got it back and everything was perfect plus they did a backup on a extra drive for me. I am so glad I trusted Prime Tech Support for the repair of my lovely laptop computer.I used and abused my laptop computer not only to store information, invoices and spreadsheets of my back then business, but to store tons of music that I listened in my long truck trips.My computer started to get hot and overheating. I thought that the cooling fan was broken, but little did I know that the cause of the overheating was all the dirt, lints and dust collected inside the laptop.Other dishonest shop wanted to replace the fan unnecessarily, but Prime Tech Support cleaned the inside, removed and add new thermal paste to the CPU and since then, my laptop has never ever overheated again !!!!Now I know that even if any device is working ok, you MUST clean the inside periodically.Thank you Prime Techs!!!You are the best !!

Prime Tech did in one day, what Apple Tech Support and the Genius Bar could not over many months - fix my Mac Book Pro! It was running sluggish, had connection issues, email response issues, spinning gears... and so on. Apple Tech and the Genius Bar spent hours over many months trying to resolve the issues and finally want to do a complete wipe and reinstall. Before going through the pain of wipe and install, I decided to get an outside opinion and Called Prime Tech. They had me bring my machine right in (no appointment, no wait time) and with in a couple hours had a detail report of what the problems really were. 24 hours later, had my MacBook back, and it runs like new. Prime Tech was not only efficient, but they sent progress updates and finished the work on time with exceptional customer service. Highly Recommend the Prime Tech team.

Took my iMac to Prime Tech Support as their reviews were overly positive. I was not disappointed. They were very thorough in their repairs and had a clear communication. The iMac needed a couple trips to fix everything but Prime Tech being proactive on the potential work to be done made it completely acceptable. Prime tech support did an excellent job replacing my LCD screen on my macbook pro. The price was competitive or marginally less than taking it to Apple but they gave me a temporary screen to use until my part was going to be in and installed and I had it back 2 hours later after diagnosing and chaning out the screen. When I brought my computer back in to finish the final repair they only had it for 3 hours and it is like brand new. I highly recommend using Prime Tech when warranties etc.. run out. Cant speak highly enough of them.

Very impressed with the consultative process and results!Prime Tech installed an SSD hard drive into my 2011 iMac for the same amount that Apple charges to upgrade it during the purchase of a new iMac. And much more work is involved with upgrading it on an older unit.It runs like new! I will get a few more years out of this 2011, and I saved about $2,500.
