Really bad customer service, rude and wanted to charge me the same price as purchasing a new tv

I called to see if they fixed Samsung LED screens being that they are a TV repair place, and a half asleep guy answers the phone and says no. So if you have one of those that needs to be fixed dont bother here.

They solved my problem, very practical I was happy.

This guy who fixes TV sets is the most rude thing Ive ever heard, and the auction takes the estimate, so be careful.

THEY CHARGE YOU THE ESTIMATE AND YOU HAVE K TO BRING THE TV THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU WELL WHEN YOU CALL THEM

This place is a fraud, it is not worth leaving your televisions and radios, for starters !!they never fix it in time, second when one calls to verify if the product is repaired, they pretend that the owner is missing, that the technician is not found, and in the end he is always the same person who pretends to be three, not only our radio was not repaired, but they had the nerve to return the same, as repado, summary or Christmas or new year, the team never turned on, bone without music!, and in the end nobody is responsible!
