13 days………almost 2 weeks to get an answer: they could’t replace the phone’s battery. Store says “data recovery”. Not true. Voicemail? FULL. Store was CLOSE several times, unable to get in touch with anyone. Wasted almost 2 weeks without hearing a thing. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT recommended. STAY AWAY from this store. HORRIBLE service…if ANY service.
