This is not the store to get your cell phone repaired I walked in trying to get my phone fixed he looked at my phone for one second and told me it cannot be fixed and that I needed to purchase a brand new phone. I wisely left and went to another cell phone repair store where I was told the Damage to my phone was minor and had it repaired. I do not recommend this shop for any repairs they are just interested in selling International phone cards and over priced new phones.

I cracked my phone for the first time ever today. Thought I needed a new phone - what a pain!! Found this place on G+, walked in and he was done in 30min for $80 - oem screen on an iPhone 6. 90 day warranty also. So good and thank you for a great experience!!! The time savings alone of getting a new phone and setting it up was worth many times the price. Very thankful.

Charles helped us create a new Universal Payment & Communication account and transfer over lines from Verizon and Sprint. Our situation was a little complicated but he was very helpful and patient. I asked a lot of questions and he did a great job getting the info I needed.

BAD SERVICE - STAY AWAY - I took my phone to get the screen fixed and they damage the speaker int the process. The service guy told me he doesnt know anything about that.

My Apple Watch screen cracked, making it unusable. I dropped it off at Universal Payment & Communication and it was repaired super quick, and at a better price than other repair shops in the area. Highly recommend!
