The man working here was good! Took my boyfriends phone (iPhone 10 that needed a new touchscreen) right away and had the job done in 15 mins. Fair charge, too, as it was about $55 cheaper than Best Buy asked.The employee was a bit gruff, however. Not terribly friendly. But we werent paying him to be our buddy. We were paying him to fix the phone, efficiently, and for a fair price. Which he did!

Doctor Wireless was able to fix my my phone same day after both front and back screens had been broken. Phone was in pretty rough shape, Apple said it was a complete replacement, but Doctor Wireless got me back up and running same day with reasonable pricing. I would certainly use them again.

Apple stores are all closed during the pandemic and my father depends on his later model iphone, which had a dying battery....Dr Wireless was such a find! They fixed it for a great price, and very quickly. The phone works great now! I would recommend!

So I got a really low quality screen put on my device generic not original obviously and was not cheap like 160 and that screen didn’t last it’s not March and it’s discolored on and off and fades in color I took it in and they didn’t care they gave me something cheap it didn’t last and I then had to pay again to get another cheap screen makes no sense the warranty apparently is 60 days shouldn’t matter because a screen should last longer then that . I’m not happy at all I have a phone that the screen goes normal and discolored on and off and that wasn’t the point on why I paid to change it versus but a new phone so o just went to Apple and got a new phone but my other phone still looks the same and is just put away . They don’t care just want your money. I’m not satisfied with repair or product. I’m telling you it’s probably made in China.

I had a problem with my Iphone. The Apple Store couldnt repair my phone, neather on AT&T. (They advised me to change my celphone to a new one). Someone told me about Doctor Wireless Phone Repair, I went to their store and they repaired me the cellphone in minutes !! and the cost was cheap.I recommend this company with my eyes closed !!

I called them, and they dont fix ipods. They hung up on me.

Zero stars if possible. Changed my daughter’s iPhone 8 Plus screen and first the colors were off and then the phone started glitching. Requested a refund since the phone was getting worse. Was told to come back for the old screen and a refund. They put the old screen on and handed the phone over in even worse condition. I thought they had actually broken the phone. Icing- they charged $10 for touching the phone even though the phone was almost unusable after they touched it.Grateful Apple was able to fix the phone with a new screen.

Fixed my phone within 30 minutes!

Took my iPad in to have screen replaced for $140, which I thought was steep but due to the pandemic I figured I’d give this place the business. Less than a week and the screen pops off. I tried pressing it back into place and a small piece of the bottom corner cracked. I was told there was a 60 day warranty but never told what it covered or didn’t. I took it in today and was given every excuse. The iPad was bent, someone sat on it Or someone dropped it and I know for a fact none of those are the case because I limited usage of the iPad in my home. Apparently that the warranty does not cover that. They’d fix it for $80..if the tablet was dropped or sat on, the screen would be cracked and it is not. I chose to not give them business further. $140 for a screen but $80 for a bent tablet AND a screen? I don’t think so. It hasn’t been a week.

I found them on groupon XR iphone screen change 129 I call them they said is 150 and then could do it in 20 min I am like ok should I buy the groupon then and she is like no dont worry come we will do it for the 129. i get there and she is like oh is worse than I thought it will be 150 shady but whatever I am there already and I say ok that’s fine then the technician with a very bad attitute says he has to go to lunch and she is like thats true and she is like yes it will be around an hour I said ok let me take my business elsewhere google phone screen repair found another place and they told me they would do it for 120 even better. only post it so owner sees it and sees his staff just costed him 150 as a business owner myself I was upset

Randomly came here right before I was going to Apple to run a diagnostic check on my cracked iPhone. They were able to check if the battery worked and fixed the screen quickly. This staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and great to chat with as you wait for your phone to be fixed.

Took my phone on for a LCD repair on my lunch break and my phone was repaired by the time I got off. A little pricey but they got the job done.

Good customer serviceI went by to have my sons phone screen fixed. Ended up deciding to upgrade his phone only to last find out that Sprint had a better deal for Black Friday.I went back to the staff and explained the situation and they gave me a full refund.

Our experience here was AMAZING!!!!!!!! We took an IPhone 6plus for repair and for our surprise the next day it was ready. Price was fair and results where beyond our expectations. We then decided to take our IPad for repair as well as another iPhone which we had tried to get fixed at another location and where told the phone had no repair, and to our surprise the phone was repaired the same day!!!!!!! Totally recommend this location to anyone. The staff are great very attentive and willing to answer our questions and provide us with amazing service. Will definitely return if any device needs repairing and will recommend to everyone!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I ask for a price over the phone and when got to the place they were asking for double the price and we are talking about $100 dollars difference... Really bad customer service.

Changed my screen with these guys because for $70 it seemed reasonable but you are paying for what you get. The new screen they put on my phone is of the poorest quality I have ever seen. And I have replaced the glass on many IPhones. If you are going to use their screens you better be using a huge otter box of life proof case which is going to cost you more than the screen costed you!

It was great, they helped me get a new temper glass and when I was right about to turn in a case I thought didnt work well, they said it was fine and figured how to make it work. REALLY GREAT! They are good and intelligent.

Richard is our hero! My son broke off a piece of his earphone and it was stuck inside the jack. There was no way to remove it from Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. This phone doesnt even have a way of removing the cover to fix it. I had taken the phone to 2 place and no one wanted to even try to fix it. But we found Richard at Doctor Wireless in the Falls!! Horrible experience and service. Went to go fix my iPhone, the tech said it would take a couple of hours to fix and theyll call me when it is ready. They never called me to inform me about the status of my phone. When I showed up they gave me the excuse that the phone wasnt fixable. Took my phone to the apple store the next day and I had it fixed within a couple of hours. If you have any apple products go to the apple store right across. Prices are the same for both, plus apple installs factory parts not unknown makeshift brands. Please do not waste your time with these amateurs. They are unprofessional and do not know how to conduct business.
