I visited the store a few times. I had my nieces Ipad display replaced, and my brothers Iphone battery changed. Both services last 1 hr or less to be fixed. The staff was very helpful and professional. Last week I need a laptop charger and I find it there. Excellent price and great costumer service. When I get to the store my temperture was checked and I was offered hand sanitizer due to the covid-19, also face mask is required to access the store. The place very cleaned.

I came to this location to fix my cracked iPhone screen. The owner was present and took my phone stating it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later the phone was still not repaired. After an hour I finally got my phone back. I wanted the photo camera screen and front screen repaired. They didn’t have the parts for the photo camera screen.After arriving home and using my phone the screen was super sensitive and made it difficult to use. The screen also got a hairline crack after being in my purse. Upon returning to the store a week later the staff was rude and did not want to offer any assistance to fix the problem. The owner wasn’t present and simple said no free replacement.I do not recommend this company. Faulty repair and horrible customer service

Don’t go here to fix your phone. The bottom half of the screen doesn’t work. It doesn’t type properly (every word I have to go back and correct it because it doesn’t register my taps correctly). Every time my phone opens it glitches. It was so bad i went to apple and had it repaired. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Don’t come here

This was hands down THE BEST experience I have ever had with a tech. I brought in my Apple Watch that I had completely destroyed a week prior. I supplied the tech with the screen and case and prayed they would be able to fix it. With a quoted price of $35, I took the plunge. Four hours later, I received a text saying my watch was ready. It looks BRAND NEW. Whether it’s an iPad, watch, or iPhone, they do it all! I can’t wait to come back, thanks a bunch!!

I ended up having to wait 2 weeks just to find out that AFTER they performed there repairs the phone now won’t turn on and it needs a new motherboard, so basically it’s a paper weight and to top it off they then refuse to take any responsibility. This company is a complete joke and now I have to waste even more of my time going to The Secretary of State office to file a complaint and the BBB.

REVIEWS ARE FAKE FROM THE OWNER! I took my iPhone 6 plus here for a touch ic repair. Three days later it breaks again. I come back and they say its the screen connector. They tell me to come back in three hours so they can re solder it. I come back three hours later and my screen barely works. I open up my phone when i get home and find a piece of tape holding the connector down. They didnt fix my phone and scammed me! My phone is a brick right now, Im very disappointed. This business lacks honesty and pride in their work. They dont deserve customers, no wonder they resorted to selling their services for cheap on eBay. I drove almost a hour multiple times to attempt to get my phone fixed, as i live all the way in fort Lauderdale.

Thanksgiving day i wake up to 4 different texts from this company from four different numbers. Each had its own subscription to solicit to my phone and its disrespectful and unprofessional.
