I am so happy with my repaired tv. The process was great they called me to let me know what is going on with my tv and kept me informed throughout the process. Very friendly staff.

My old Sanyo data projector would not display any images, but Cliff diagnosed the problem the day I dropped it off, replaced the motherboard, cleaned it up like new and I was ready to go. Great service; entire staff is professional (but with an upbeat sense of humor); fair pricing and quick responses. Id take them any electronics to repair because I know the job will be done properly, on time, and at a fair price.

Supporting my bad review: poor warranty, bad quality parts and bad customer service:Chronology:March 2020: TV repair. After install TV on wall found out that has the same fail: it won’t turn on. Pandemic shutdown took effect and the store closed, but I sent an email to let them know that repair didn’t work.May 5th, 2020: Wrote them again, they told me that were open intermittently, I brought back TV and after a couple days told me part failed. They fixed it.July 26th, 2020: I wrote them again, TV had the same problem. They replied: there is no warranty, we can give you a break for the repair but you have to pay for parts, which is not fair, doesn’t worth to be paying $139 for a repair that last 3 month. At the end, I received an ironic and rude answer because I said what I thought

Top notch service and professional. They repaired a very old VCR I own and extracted a stuck tape from it, at a reasonable price. They also have repaired used televisions for sale if youre looking for a bargain.

When I first heard that this place can repair every electronics like TVs, VCRs, DVD Players, Camcorders and many other video equipment. When I took my VCR to this place, they are able to fix it and the price was affordable. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to get their TV or Video Equipment fixed up to get back in business.

Great place. Very professional with great TV prices. My TV broke during my move and it had damage in the bottom left corner. They looked at it for free and kept it in shop for a day or so. Unfortunately the damage is permanent water damage and couldnt be fixed, so I did not have to pay for anything. This did not stop them from attempting to fix it and actually make the affected area cleaner and smaller. I will definitely come back if I ever have issues or need a new/refurbished TV (which btw are very fairly priced).Now, I would like to add that i do not know what their average repair costs are, but I cant imagine that its unreasonable. Give them a chance!

Warrany on work only 30 days. Other TV repair shops warranty their repairs for 90 days I had the same problem 83 days after repair. He will fix for another $70. I would not recommend this shop. Inferior parts used.

Taking 3 to 4days for an estimate that will comeback NOT inexpensive due to the labor charge. But theres not too many repairs shops to choose from.

If you need anything audio/video repaired this isthe place to go!
