Took my phone to get the LCD fix, had to wait 4 weeks to receive the part because of errors. After the phone was fixed, it still wasnt working well.I received a full refund, so I was satisfied..A young man named Bruce helped me, he was very professional and offered great customer service. He turned a negative experiences into a positive one.

This store “fixed” my phone and the day after the screen had problems where the brightness was faded, the colouring was gray and it would randomly FaceTime people. Took it back since they have 3 month warranty and they told me they would have to keep my phone for 48 hours to do a test. He also said “the screen had damage and that you can’t see the damage”. I do not recommend this place at all!

If I could give this place 6*s I would. They are friendly, profesional and very knowledgeable. They are efficient and even finished replacing my screen in under the promised two hours. Most importantly my phone looks brand new. They even cleaned it for me. Highly recommend this location.

Went to location based on reference and google reviews but I can tell that there is no customer service at this location. No one greeted myself or anyone that entered. None of them and there was 3 reps there made eye contact. When finally my turn I explained my reason for being there. The rep took my phone and went to the back no less than 1 min later said that they can’t do anything because they need to order part due to them only servicing Samsung S series. Part will arrive later in week and than extra days just to do diagnostic. Asked if any of the other location the part in stock and rep who by the way was with an attitude said that he did not know and I had to call. I told how can I call if I have a none functioning phone. He just looked at me and said he doesn’t know what to tell me?! Just gave info of the other locations. Will never recommend this location or business if they have reps like him. Funny things is that they have a now hiring sign.

I took my phone there because I dropped it in water. I left it and called the next day. They told me there was nothing they can do. They tried their best but the phone was not salvagable.My husband picked it up took it apart and noticed the phone was still wet inside. he put a hair drier to it and guess what? Phone works perfect. I had already purchased a new phone so now thanks to U break I fix I have 2 phones and wasted $800 on a new one for no reason.

No experience at all, they told me the reason for black screen because my phone screen is bleeding and the phone has no damage or cracks and guess what its on again, they work for insurance company and they want us to pay to change even a small amount for deductible, im sorry for people like this not honest at all, as you see just got out from there store, and the phone 20 min later was working and samsung sent me the shipping label to fix it for free because its under warranty, this company said the Opposite samsung dont cover not working screen and bleeding one that he could not show me where its bleeding, im disappointed with there service, not going back again.....

Even when customers came in screaming they handled it very professionally and still fixed my phone in time before they closed. They also did a good job explaining the issue and what caused it.

Today was my first time coming to this store. My Samsung Galaxy 9 was fixed in a timely manner. But I was more impressed by the customer service I received from Bruce. He has such a great attitude, super attentive, awesome sense of humor, very professional, courteous and made my whole experience less stressful. My Apple phone was not working I called AT&T to make the following repairs. They stated that they need to do a claim. I asked him if I could just take the phone to I break you fix. They stated that I needed to wait for a new phone. After waiting a whole week when the phone was received I forgot my Apple password. AT&T then stated that they cannot help me. Overall brought my phone to I break you fix, Carlos and Bruce assisted me with getting my phone back in a timely manner. I called this morning (on a Sunday) and was cheerfully greeted by Yino, who not only answered all my questions, but went above and beyond to explain the insurance claim process and ensure I would properly process my repair. Replaced screen due to a green line. Got the phone back with all sorts of other problems. Owner and employees refused to fix. They were rude and unsanitary. Hate this store I had a problem there once before and decided to give them a second chance. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER. Don’t waste your money you will always end up spending more. Poor quality, poor service... distrusting attitude and mean employees. Do not go.

They completed my repair in exactly 2 hours.The repair was done really well and I was happy with the outcome.I gave them a 4 star because I went in and I was not acknowledged for the first 10 minutes of my entry to the establishment until I asked if there was anymore personnel to attend me. I would have disregarded it if when I came to pick it up I didn’t have to wait to be acknowledged all over again to just pick up.

I found this place on google yesterday, looking for a place to fix my daughters’ ipads and cellphones, and decided to give it a try, considering some good reviews it had. I arrived to the store around 4:15pm today, on a very hot day in Miami, with two kids, a 2 and a 6 year old. They had many signs on the door saying: “only 4 costumers allowed inside”, even though inside they have clearly marked 6 standing spots, but I followed their guidelines and waited outside since there were two parties of costumers inside, one group of 3 and another single costumer. After 10 minutes, my babies and I were literally melting, and the little one was crying and screaming, so I decided to go inside the store. I waited at a corner, for another 10minutes, and even though there were two costumer service members there by the register, not even one of them greeted me or even made eye contact with me. They moved from one side to the other in the store, helped the costumers they were taking care of, and one of them even helped a costumer that arrived after me who was just there to pick up an order. My little one started running around and crying again, so I got tired of the waiting and the extremely poor service this store had offered me. They didnt even bother to welcome us or tell me they would be with me in some minutes, nothing. They completely ignored me as a costumer, and I left to another repair store that I also found on the internet, who provided me with a completely different experience and valued me as a costumer. Ubreakifix Kendall simply lost the opportunity to gain a costumer who needed four repairs done, I took my business and left my dollars somewhere else, and they have earned a pretty bad reputation with me, in case they even care about costumers.The most terrible experience with a store in many years. Horrible costumer service. Won’t ever recommend to anyone.

Horrible quality after getting my screen replaced. Constant bugs, sensitive screen and it received a crack within minutes. Staff was rude and unwilling to help. Save your money and go somewhere else for actual quality. They respond to reviews and say they will help but do not actually do it. They only want to look good for the internet.

Really unprofessional and not polite at all, they were aggressively requiring a mask even thou it is not required by the State or the CDC anymore.As I was looking for my mask, another guy came off the back YELLING at me telling me to put a mask on or go outside until I do. First excuse they gave” the person was new and did not inform me accurately that the screen will not respond to digital command”. I had a grain if rice un my charging port and they removed for a reasonable price. Other places would tell you that you need to replace the port.

This one star review is strictly based on customer service. Besides Daniel and Bruce, the customer service is non-existent. Staff is not trained on process and procedures, expectations are set and not met, entire staff HIDES in the back as soon as you confront them about their mistakes, and apparently they dont have a single working clock in the entire establishment as I was told by 3 different staff members that it would be 5 minutes and I waited 45+ minutes. Each staff member that quoted me 5 minutes proceeded to hide in the back as they knew the time would not be met. Even the manager took part in these shenanigans, after quoting me 5 minutes, not providing a single update on the delay, and me waiting 45+ minutes, he then extended an arm beyond the rear wall to hand an employee some papers instead of showing face and addressing the poor service. Professionalism needs major improvement and have respect for your customers time.Update: Phone broke again, same exact issue as the first time I took it in. Called in to coordinate second repair, was quoted 4-5 hours and same day return. Upon arriving at store, associate Daniel (who told me he would be there when I arrived was not there and not even on the schedule to work that day), spoke to Bruce who then quoted me 24-48 hours for repairs. Bruce also told me they had a battery in stock. 24 hours go by, of course no updates by the branch, when I called in for an update i spoke to Carlos. He proceeds to inform me that batteries are on a backorder and that I should contact google for a battery. He goes further and says that batteries have not been in stock since May 8th, when I clearly had my phone repaired on May 24th. The store has absolutely no concept of customer service, customer relations, or repair abilities. No follow up, no care for the customer, its sad that customers use this location due to convenience. This branch has provided the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time.

Very poor communication skills by the employees. They first told us it would take 20 minutes, but we ended up being there over an hour. The employee was not practicing social distancing. When he asked me to disable FindMyIphone he got up right next to me to look at my password while I was entering it. His shoulder was running against mine. It was very uncomfortable. Terrible.
