Stay away from this people! terrible service, packages lost, no follow up! Rudeness (i.e. Carla Chat service) to the extreme, lack of follow up and accountability. They allege they do not keep the packages but seem completely oblivious to the importance of delivering packages timely. They carry on a grotesque, irresponsible behavior, leaving everyone on hold - hostage of empty promises and in the end, packages are lost, customers deceived and aggrieved even more so because everyone in the office of Miami seem to close the door on complaints or follow up. Eventually, they will loose their business and pay for their wrongdoing!

If I could give them 20 stars I would. They answered all my questions before and during the process. My package arrived at the door of my house even in less time than I was given as a reference, in perfect condition. At first it seemed all too good to be true, especially the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

They have a tracking system (which is not very common in most door-to-door services that operate from the USA to Colombia and Venezuela) and delivery times are consistently good. It has been disastrous, since they are charging me the freight to black dollar at 60 per dollar and I have not been able to bring my product because the change in black dollar is 3000, it really seems a robbery that we have to pay more to you to bring the merchandise that we spend on the purchase. On the page it says that it is an official dollar and I called in Venezuela and the secretary tells me that there are not 300 bolivars that would be 50 dollars if not 3000 really is a robbery.
