Who reviews a cargo service?Someone who is not happy with the service

The shipment had to arrive 4 weeks ago and still does not arrive due to customs problems I would like to get updates of the case and some contact number or exact address of where they are located in Guayaquil. Please.

Do not trust this company. Mr. Jaime offered to send me a shipment to Chile for $ 5 a cubic foot and after I gave him all the boxes he told me that it was $ 15 a cubic foot. And to top it off he wants to make me pay $ 70 to recover my merchandise.
