Shop2ship is not an effective company. They keep your parcels and never send them to you. I ordered mine a very long time ago and my parcel was never sent to me. The worst part is that they dont reach out to you. I would have been slightly satfisfied, if they told me that the dont ship to my country or that delivery is still going on. But instead of taking care of their customers, they leave you in the dark. Theres nothing worse than losing money and all those products you spent. I really hope that they legitimately start being serious cause this is outrageous. How can you handle someones parcel? All you are paid to do is to send it to them! I have my parcel with shop2ship and it havent been shipped for a long time for no reason and this company are handling peoples property as if its theirs which is wrong .. your job is to forward any parcel that is been sent to your address to the receivers address but you seem to feel like you own every right to hold peoples parcel which is wrong ...a parcel that is legitimately sent to your address is on hold because you think its a fraud and never did non of that .... i want my parcel to be mailed to me because i paid for it with my hard-earned money and even paid to view photos of my parcel and i didnt get anything i dont understand why you treat humans this way ... forward every parcel you people are holding this is not right i want my parcel send it to me and dont steal it from me so you ca go use it........................................................................................... they dont Mail parcel out if they receive it

WARNING!!! I have done a lot of shipping with Shop2Ship in the past but stop after they became very slow and it was not possible to communicate with them. Also they were increasing their charges without telling us in advance. After nearly four months I decided to try them again. It was a mistake. I made a request to consolidate two packages and I also requested express service for the consolidation. After consolidation the dimensions of the box is bigger that if you taped the two boxes together. Also the actual weight of the consolidation is more than 10 time the cumulative weight of the 2 boxes that make up the consolidation. The Consolidation took longer than stated at their website. Consolidation charge is higher than what is posted at their website. On top of all that they charged me US$10 overweight for a Mini PC and a wireless Keyboard consolidated. I have tried every possible way to communicate with Shop2Ship but failed.

They work most of the time. The first time they delivered a package as promised. However, the 2nd time the package did not get through Chinese Customs. They dont know the international regulations of these foreign countries, so its on you to ship at your own risk. To their credit they did go to bat for me, and got me a refund on the shipping from DHL. Now that I have learned the regulations the hard way, I have had much more success working with Shop2ship and DHL.

I just wrote a review about this service 5 days ago. The thing is fortunately I have my package and it was in good conditions. I was scared because I read so many comments about this place being a scam. After some emails they answered me and well, everything was fine. Just one recommendation please, offer a better customer service, meaning that if we have doubts just try to reply immediately, taking into account there is a lot of bizarre information about your service.

The Suite #73188442 is being used to commit fraud. The account holder tried to scam me via Facebook marketplace.Update: Thanks to the service team for suspending the account quickly. This is a legitimate business but there are some bad actors using their service to commit fraud. If you are selling items online, exercise caution if the buyer is asking you to send the item to a mail forwarding service.

We were the victim of a scammer using Shop2Ship for their address. It was during December when the post office was backed up and deliveries were at a crawl. The post office eventually returned the package to us but during the 2 and 1/2 weeks we waited, Shop2Ship was a lifesaver for our sanity. They replied IMMEDIATELY to all 5 emails I sent during that time and recorded the tracking number to hold for us if it arrived. Best customer service I have encountered in a VERY LONG time!!

PayPal SCAM! I was contacted by a Mary Harral on Facebook marketplace. She wanted to buy my MILs wedding dress. I was told to ship it to this address. I sent her the tracking info in order to receive my funds via PayPal. They used a fake PayPal that looked legit! They said that since my PayPal wasnt set up as a business account I couldnt receive such large funds. They sent me an additional $1000 to increase my limit on PayPal. I then had to refund them $1000 plus an additional $500 because they made a mistake of sending $1500 instead of $1000. ALL FAKE! I am now trying to track down the dress and report the fraud with my bank for the $1500 that I am out! Shop2Ship please help me find the dress and get it back to me!

Nonexistent customer support. I wrote to them multiple times and NEVER received a response. After an issue with my order (order couldnt be delivered for some reason), I had to fix the issue myself.In addition, I paid for extra services like gift wrapping that were also not applied to my order. Simply cannot handle received packagesThey gave me a suite number which appeared to be later a test suite number. I had to check one by one whether my parcels arrived and provide proof of purchase details for each one. Later on during the pandemic they forgot to send me any kind of notifications that I have received items pending in my storage and they simply threw a parcel worth many $ away. At least they claimed this. Their phone app (iOs) doesnt work either. Not to mention their extremely poor customer service - I had to wait hours to get in touch with them via chat. Keep away!

Not only are their fees much more than competitors, and they delay in processing shipments or show wrong tracking numbers, they also do not care about satisfying their customers or retaining them.When I faced them about their competitors fees they carelessly and allegedly told me to use them and they can ship my pending shipments to the competitors warehouse.After I did that for some shipments, now theyre saying that they wont allow shipping to forwarders anymore in an attempt to force me to accept their overpriced international rates.Seriously the audacity, rudeness and carelessness is enough to NEVER use them again or recommend to anyone.

She offered to pay more than what I was asking and offered to pay for shipping as well. She sent me this address to ship it to, but I’m glad I did my research. I contacted someone who knows her in real life and verified that her account had been hacked and that it was a scam. Out of all the reviews I’ve read, about 90% of them are verified scams. Their business model is to have US sellers ship them merchandise by sending fake transaction numbers in e-mails that look like they are from PayPal. The never pay for the items and sell them to people outside of the US. If you will notice the best reviews are from people outside the US and the worst reviews are from people inside the US. I don’t know why the FBI is not throwing these people in prison.

Be careful with scammers who ask you to send stuffs you sell for this address and they say they will send the money to you later. Even if they send you the receipt, make sure it is real. On jun 19th I posted three iPhones 10 that my husband actually bought these phones at an auction I received a message On 5 miles and one on let go so I start receiving messages on both apps someone wanted to buy the phones the scam artist was creating a high volume of buyers He pretended to be 2 buyers so either way ago I was going to end up selling one of the phones to him So I end up selling the phones to two different buyers this is what I’m thinking coming to find out I didn’t notice that both of the addresses was the same just the suite was different He sent me an email stating that he made payment in the payment was pending once the package was on delivery route I was supposed to receive my funds which that never happened so now my phones are on their way to Miami Florida to this location I did some investigation I did some searching and I got a hold of someone there and they were so nice and so helpful I am so thankful for this company I have all my phones please if you’re going through this contact them and be nice because what I was getting out of it is that they don’t have a lot of people working at this location so they’re doing their best be nice and be patient and you should receive the same God bless.

DO NOT GO HERE. This person that goes by last name of Fundora asked me to send the item (Computer) I was selling on facebook marketplace here and then this person scammed me and stole over $2000 through using faulty emails posing as PayPal, and UPS Express. They requested I keep sending these business money so I can receive my payment. This business must be shut down and law enforcement is currently in the process of catching this criminal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND POSE AS OTHER COMPANIES, DO NOT REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS.

Scam!! SCAM! Scam!! I am one mad mama! I wish I could give negative stars. Do not ship anything to this company’s address. My son was scammed with a fake pay pal account sent to him by a fake eBay user. The package was to be sent to Pamela Bowers at this company’s address. Not only did he almost lose a valuable piece of his sports collection but she also tried to scam him out of additional gift cards. She told him he needed to expand his pay pal to be able to accept her original payment. Luckily the USPS is working with me to get the package back. Do not under any circumstances use this company. They are claiming they are not involved in the scam however it sure seems to happen a lot with this address. Possibly it’s more profitable for them to allow it rather than stop the behavior. If he for some reason is unable to get his package back I will be sure to continue to post a bad review weekly with the hopes of stopping this from happening to even one more person.
