Such a disgrace...My mom sent me a very important document from France. Because she doesnt speak English, she got confused with the address and wrote my street number in the zip code space. But the rest was correct (street, city and state).It was supposed to arrive in 2 days, and my mom paid €58 euros for that purpose.Nonetheless, its been almost 2 weeks and we still havent received it.I called IBC 3 times, and my husband also did it once. We updated the address with the right zipcode etc.But they refuse to send it to us.We are calling the manager tonight. If they are still as unhelpful as they have been, well contact a lawyer to sue them.They really dont care about their clients.I suggest never to use their services.Sarah Etheve
