The young lady receptionist is rude and doesnt speak english, when i asked her if deceased people have priority here she said no, when i know for a fact yes they do. Ive picked up deceased from American Airlines and Delta Cargo and no matter where u go picking up deceased loved ones is a priority over other pickups. She pretended she didnt know and made me wait in queue. When i asked for a manager she ignored me. Later when i came back i spoke with a manager and he tells me of course deceased have priority so the receptionist was definitely making me wait for NO reason besides her own personal problems, mind u i asked her politely if deceased have priority and she just made a face at me and shook her head. Receptionist needs disciplinary action or to be fired, how can you work at the airport and not speak english??? She probably pretended not to speak english just to give me a hard time. F this place. The manager got an attitude with me too when i asked him if deceased have priority he said weve been calling u guys for days not my problem dude Im not the owner i just do the pickups and this is the worst place ive done a pickup at, i highly recommend either American Airlines or Delta Cargo NOT this place.
