Very unhelpful staff. Arrived to drop off one piece less than 100 lbs. Everyone was working, but refused to accept the shipment unless I pay $600 because it was after 6pm on Friday. I was forced to wait until Monday morning & pay for two hotel nights. Monday morning was not any better. I didnt know who to check in with & no one provided any instructions. I had to find a box truck in the parking lot & give the man in it my drivers license to check me in on his lab top then I had to go into the office & check in again. I was told to go to dock number 80 & find another employee to receive my hazmat shipment. All the while a plane that needs a part sat idle in Central America.
They had the packages ready, just had to wait for border control to clear it. People that worked there were very nice and knowledgeable. Very clean. Not the first time to Miami, look forward to next time!
This poor company should not be in the USA market at all, the manager do not have any idea of what they are doing and that it is simple, It is because their IT department do not lnow how to work.Extra hours??? If I had a choice I would never come back here again. The stuff is so mean and they move very slow. The warehouse guys are much faster.
I asked for a quote on pet .shes a chow. The girl at the sales was so heartless she said 💔 no because of the breed. My only chance to take my dog.it cost so much on other places😪 Im poor she doesnt know what some people go through.

AVOID, if possible. Lets just say, from the beginning to the end. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lets start with customer service, you can try to contact their phone number (9am to 5pm) btw, for an airline who should be open 24hrs but, they never pick up the phone, they dont respond to e-mails, and if you get lucky and and do speak to someone, they give you wrong information. Now to the important part. THEY NEVER LEAVE ON SCHEDULE. NEVER. They dont give reasons on why the flight was canceled or delayed. This is not a company I would use. Look for other options if possible.

I dont know how anyone can say these people are great at customer service. We have used this company twice and all the people were rude and nasty, with the exception of one forklift driver everyone from the office personnel and people on the phones, seemed put off by our mere presence, they dont inform you on process and then leave you waiting for hours, when you ask them they often give you misinformation or are annoyed. Beware.

Ahhh. Amerijet!! I used to come here everyday. Great place for you international shipping. Make sure you have a reservation and everything done via phone before showing up. Avoid the afternoons at all cost, youll be in line for 2 hrs.

I shipped a package from Amazon to my Brothers old address at Amerijet Miami in February. I called and spoke to Elias Diaz who said he will have the package transferred back to him( He checked and saw when the package was signed for on 14 february) which i knew, and signed for by Hernandez., i was included in the email he sent out. I called and left 5 messages on his answering machine, no return calls from him. I then called Customer service and spoke to a Ms T. Murphy, she did the same thing, sent out an email and included me in it, i called her a few days after for info. She informed me i need to check for the package through the email she sent out, i did, no one replied. It seems to me after these 2 emails were sent out, they both wiped their hands of my search for the package. I left a message on the Customer service supervisors answering machine a few days ago, no call back from her. In my opinion, they provide no customer service whatsoever. And dont even deserve the one star i gave them. Thank G-d there are other shipping companies out there.

The wait time are insane, very messy way of operation withing the the warehouse. Some people come with loose boxes and they start assembling a pallet on the ramp taking for ever while a lines is piled up. Unacceptable practice.

Dont give a 5 start because it is a painful process to get a hold on them. Ive waited more than 3 hours on different days trying to talk to a person. Finally when I got a contact, I left messages and the employee never called back or return any call. I was very concern because I was shipping a live animal. For the rest, everything went well.

Depend what time you going to delivery it is easy o heavy time well now de got a new locations but the paper processing is different first you have to go (second pic) there he assign the dock then leave the paper ( first pic) after that you have to wait for anybody unload you.

The experience at Amerijet can be a lil bit hectic at times, they usually get the job done, just always double check when their charging u to make sure they arent adding an extra 10 pounds on your cargo, and MAKE SURE TO GRAB A TICKET AT THE MAIN GATE or if not you will eventually have to grab one in order to get your cargo recieved ..

Terrible service, I have arrived at 4:40 pm to leave some boxes and nobody comes out to receive them, when they receive them they say they cannot give warehouse receipt.They tell me to take the boxes and come back the next day.When they are still on work hours.
