Please be vigilant when using this shipping company, I sent a package through them but the dimensions and weight were adjusted to add more weight!!!! When I called to enquire why the weight was such a big difference, the CSR then adjusted the weight to the correct measurements! The only helpful person was the CSR, the manager was very unprofessional stating that my package being weighted incorrectly was done by someone new on the job, clearly there is no fact checking at this facility. When I explained this is unacceptable because it would then cost more to clear, she then snickered and giggled at my comment saying it is an honest mistake. I hope everyone facts checks for their HONEST MISTAKES.

Sorry, but I tried them out, to ship a package to belize. unfortunately will not use again. Lots of problems, $185 to clear customs. $110 for there service. Items where lost, stollen, arrive? Getting the box, in Belize was drama.Do not use them, go to Amerijet.

Not sure how a company like this can stay in business when they cant package items properly. I would find another company if I were you. There has to be better options out there.

If I were you, I’d use another shipping company, if your package gets missing and it was shown delivered by the carrier to their office in Canada or UK you won’t get refunded.

This guy cheat with ebay rules using pseudo hitechcur to get parts for free. I lost more than hundred in this sale. He systematically give bad feedback to seller that do not refund all and never ship back parts that are suppose to be defective.

Last arrivals for a mid day flight on Fridays is 2.00 pm Thursday! This is supposed to be an express serviceI have live plant material coming which is why I am prepared to pay a lot of money shipping by air. So, in case my delivery arrives just after 2.00pm on Thursday I call to let them know. Their switchboard wont recognize their own instructions. Eventually by ignoring instructions I get through to an extension No answer, just voice mail. I leave a message asking for urgent assistance. No response. Next day repeat all the above and the following day repeat all the above.
