Barlop has exceeded our standards and were grateful to have their services. Our business moved locations earlier in the year and our electronics/network connections were our main concern but they got us up and running in lightning speed. From our television set ups, to office phones, to our computers server; theyve been and still are top of the line. Jose and Rafael have always been helpful every time weve needed their assistance.

Sales personnel focus on giving you the best monthly payment and number of # of prints. But be careful before signing their contract. Read the small letter and fees return the equipment before on on the lease date, if you want to returned before the lease, the return fees are insane. My best advice hire an attorney before signing a lease and make sure you know your numbers and conditions upfront

Unfortunately this is the first time I come to google for a negative review. I have done a printer leasing agreement with them and since November 2020 I have requested the termination of lease as requested on our agreement due on January 2021. Since then, It has been a nightmare to deal with the situation and even with the machine unplugged, I was still charged monthly until I found out that the leasing company was another one as third party. Until present time the printer is here unsolved!!!! please be advised about this I hope you have luck with them. I am extremely disappointed after honoring my lease agreement with them for 3 yeas. Returning a machine and terminating this lease has been for sure the worst experience in my business ever.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Told there service Department the error code, sent an engineer out to confirm the code, with no parts and charged $135, sent an additional invoice for parts and additional labor. Cheaper to buy new machine which we did. Be very AWARE, will never use this Company again

They leased me a printer/copier that was non-functional. They wasted weeks of my time ostensibly trying to fix it. They failed to ever deliver a working printer/copier. I left their “service” after so many futile attempts to have the inoperable printer fixed. They are now falsely charging me for copies from a printer that has been disconnected since January. They are fraudulent. Beware!

BARLOP provides great service. The entire process was seamless from upgrading the lease to delivery, installation and they took care of my return of my old machine. Everytime I order supplies or service I get immediate response. Definitely would recommend to all business owners.

My experience was horrible with this company. After upgrading my machine with them they were late with returning my machine to the lease company and I was charged an additional 2 months of payments for their error, plus I was stuck in the new lease. The owner never returned my request to speak with him, I made at least 15 requests to do so via email and phone calls. I will never do business with them again and I will advise everyone I know to do the same!
