After speaking with Jose, Christian and Maria I am very impressed with JCMs high level customer service and eagerness to serve their customer with a high standard of excellence. Also, their knowledge within the industry and partnerships with the best brands will help keep your copy machines and even VoIP (voice over IP) phone systems running smoothly without a hitch. Love their lease options, too!! Cant stand spending a handful on a nice machine only to be broken and dated less than a year later...they cover all the maintenance etc for one low monthly cost. No brainer. Highly recommend JCM!

Very bad experience, 24 hours without service and they never solved it, very bad treatment by the owner with the last name Hernandez. He does not know customer service, yelling and offending women. The worst experience, I do not recommend it. It does not deserve a star.Horrible experience, 24 hours without services and they never fix it. They dont know how to treat people. This company in the hands of Jose was presented to us a few years ago with competitive prices, but today after several years of service and the renewal of several teams, I stay with JCM Copiers, because the SERVICE is top notch, I have NEVER been Failed with both supplies and maintenance, the customer service of the office and all the staff is top notch. I have no doubt in recommending it. The service is offered in English and Spanish - totally Bilingual. AMF
