We had exactly the same experience as Dario Duran. After leasing for many years we decided not to renew as our corporate office wanted us to use an alternate product. We notified them of our intent to cancel two months prior to the renewal date instead of three months. As a result they made us pay an entire year (over $8k) for machines we were not even using. It was ridiculously unfair and punitive. They seem to build unreasonable clauses in their contacts in the hope that customers will miss key dates. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company until they change their renewal policies.
