I lived in this building for 1 year and let me tell you, this is not a place to call home. The management careless about the building structure safety issues, just check Miami Herald newspaper article before signing a lease or buying a unit there. That was the final straw that made us leave. The elevator is constantly broken, the garage floods and overall not worthy the cost we used to pay $1800 1 bedroom apartment with no amenities!

Location is great! Property is located right in the heart of Miami Beach. Building is beach front and walking distance from everything (restaurants, banks, supermarkets,etc). The property has 24 hour security, garage parking, a pool, gym and sauna. The balcony views are beautiful! Management is reasonable and very responsive. You will not be dissapointed.

Awrsome location. 12 restaurants across the street. Chase bank and brand new giant Publix supermarket right on the corner. Cant beat this location. And to top it off, it is right on the beach. Not across the street from the 🌴 beach. RIGHT ON THE 🌴 BEACH. WOW. And the rent here are half the price of any of the buildings on the 🌴 beach. And they even have a parking garage.Love this place.
