The management team is excellent, and they have to deal with many people, and we all know that is very hard because people in general suck.But they are doing a good job.

Apartments are nice and that is it.The management is terrible and forget about your deposit. I returned my apartment in perfect conditions and they charged for things that they did even disclose.Unless you don’t care about your money, don’t move to any Melo group building.

Nice views and spacious apartments. The most serious issue in this building is the constant malfunctioning of the elevators. Noise policies are not firmly enforced with neighbors being loud and pIaying loud music without any consequence from the building management . I will add that the office people are always willing to help with any issue inside the apt. The general maintenance and cleanliness of the building could be better.

Wonderful building, from the top level workers to the magnificent views. Living in this building you will have a peice of mind and comfortable living.

I had the opportunity to live here for at least 3 years and the locations are awesome but the management is horrible or beyond. The elevators were always having problems, no Pool deck horrible Pool not enough chairs for such a “high end location” they want to charge everything extra then you will go and ask why they’re charging you extra fees and they can’t even prove you why. Now that I return the apartment my deposit was never returned because the floor I guess it was too well taken care and it was too shiny (that’s what they said) they are charging extra now Meaning not getting our deposit plus we have to pay extra $ 800. My recommendation is think it twice before you move here. Not the best choice

I recommend this building!!! It’s beautiful, it have a wonderful location so it’s very safe. The apartment is amazing, is very wide and it have the prettiest view ever.

This place is really pleasant and safe. The apartments are spacious and the views are great! The location is perfect and its not even that expensive!!

I know this place is cheap compared to the other places around but I would highly recommend not living here. I lived here for a few years and in the early years it wasnt so bad, but now their are new leasing office guys that literally dont care about you after youve signed the lease. They have no problem keeping you security deposit (and trust me no matter what you do they will) but at the same time will take their sweet time fixing things like the elevators which are constantly broken. Theirs always dog urine in the elevators, and sometimes they take 2 days just to clean that up. The walls are insanely thin, you can literally hear people cooking and talking in apartments down the hall. I would highly recommend either spending a little more for some of the higher quality condos near by or consider moving more inland where you might not be in downtown but at least their are nicer quality apartments there.

If youre considering living in this building - DONT.I currently live in this building and I have been very dissatisfied with the building manager, the leasing office (literally a flip of a coin chance that someone will answer). They front desk refuses to let food-delivery people into the building, requires tenants to retrieve the food from downstairs - thats pretty uncaring when a tenant is disabled and/or has a child that they cant just leave in the apartment by themselves and oh yeah its a 10 minute elevator ride between ground and any floor above the garage because 1 of 3 elevators are operational at any one time. Pick literally any other building in the area, dont live in this building. Management is garbage - typical Miami attitude of coasting by doing the absolute bare minimum level of customer service. I will look forward to when I can afford something even marginally more expensive - because Ill be moving out.

I lived here for over a year and when i moved out, because of a new job, they did not send me anything regarding a security deposit return, and have ignored me and my roommate for 2 months now. Do not rent here, you will come to regret it, as I did.

Let me tell you the old staff that was there and Luis who is still there were/are amazing. I have been super patient with the new staff but they never seem to answer the phone or assist the current residents. It is very difficult to get a hold of them via phone throughout the day. This isnt the first time but probably the 5th time that I have blown up the phone to get through for hours and nothing. Sounds like I am a nut, but when you have a package that you urgently need and your office hours are exact same as the office hours there it becomes a problem. Here is just an example of my call log. P.S. the maintenance staff are amazing as well!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Management in general of all of their buildings are so unhelpful. I come from NY, and let me tell you management offices in Miami are literally dumb, ESPECIALLY HERE its like dealing with 5 year olds who have 0 knowledge you speak to them and its like hello are you comprehending the words coming out of my mouth? The main management is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, they kept full security deposit even when shown proof of photos from move in. Huge company, no one cares to help, no one answers the phones, impossible to get an appointment, emails all unanswered. NIGHTMARE!! Its a joke. While i was actually living there, elevators broken down ALL THE TIME.

I live here for a month. I very like my apartment but the building need more attention.. Dirty carpet, dirty elevator, elevator dont have security cámara. The front desk dont have any info about resident to call you in case of emergency. The gym dirty floor and machine, gym close at 9pm bc one residents live down of gym. Someone park in my space and the front desk guy dont have any idea who is the owner of that car.... The package room is close Saturday bc the office mangers have the key so cant get any packages until Monday. People is very nice but need to by more professional and care more about the building and the safety for the resident. The. Management needs push the melo company to take care about this property.Many things need to update and fix.You can charge a little more for rent, as long as you give the resident a better place to live.

The Staff Never Answers The Phone When I Call To Fix Anything They Say Theyll Send Someone Up When You Go To The Office But They Come A Week Later After Constantly Reminding Them. Theres 3 Elevators Yet Only One Works Theres Literally A Huge Line Every Day & Wait Times For A Single Elevator Is Usually 15 Minutes At least The Other Two Work Occasionally When The Staff Gets So Many Complaints They Have No Other Option But To Call The Elevator Mechanics.The Garage Is Not Safe Once It Opens For One Person Its A Free For All Anybody Can Come Right In. Theres A Security Guard In The Front Desk Yet ANYONE Can Come Right In Walk Right Past Security Without Checking In Or Being Asked Where They Are Going.The Staff Is 3 Cuban Guys That Barely Know English And Are Extremely Rude.

I have lived here for a couple of months now. My favorite thing about the building is its location; its nearby pretty much everythimg you would need in the city- a Publix, a gas station, and theres plenty to do in Downtown and Brickell at a walking distance. The city views from my balcony are spectacular and I never tire of them. My neighbors are pretty friendly (for the most part) so its safe to say that not just anyone gets approved for a lease here. What I dont like about the building is how difficult it is to get things fixed should something break down or need fixing in your apartment. When we first moved, the office guys made a list of things that needed to be fixed from the previous tenants and they still havent done it. Also, they rarely do maintenance on the elavtors so they break down a lot. During the crucial hours when everyone is leaving for or returning from work, you could wait up to 15 minutes for one of three elevators to reach your floor. The building has many tenants with pets, so its a good spot to live if youre a renter whos also a pet owner.

Safe, with parking, it is a new building in the center of downtown with access to all bus routes, metro mover, metrorail and connection to the trirail, it is close to the courts and government offices there are also post offices, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, museums, famous shops across the river at Brickell Center, Bayside Marketplace, movies, theaters, cruise ships, water taxis, banks, churches and much more. Has everything about a mile.
