Very great, very organized, and a really great balcony

I frequently visit that building and I am concerned about the amount of water that is deposited on the fourth floor in the park area, many days that water remains stagnant, until it disappears, I do not know if in the long term it would affect a problem such that the water goes working slowly. This would be good to check to avoid a serious problem.
