I like my apartment but the elevator issues are never-ending. 4 elevators per tower is nowhere near what is necessary for the occupancy of the building. There is always at least 1 elevator not working and most days someone is moving so there are effectively 2 working elevators in a tower built with 4. I would not rent here until all elevator repairs are finished.***Update - yet another elevator has broken. If I owned a unit here I would be fuming.I must also say that the security officers walking around the pool area really kill the vibe. It feels like I’m on house arrest or something. There is no need for 3 security officers to constantly circle people at the pool when there are no issues.

I lived at Axis North for roughly 7 months and it was a nightmare from the start to finish. From the faulty garage sensors for open and close access to garage, to the sometimes 20 minute waits for elevators because of constant repairs, to the incredibly rude front desk staff. I really don’t understand why anybody would pay so much to live in this building, it was a huge waste of money. You hear so much noise and their is crazy traffic as well. I would strongly suggest you invest your earnings into a better, more structured, and less complicated apartment building.

The cleaning lady is a super rude person with no manners. You want to treat badly the people who visit the building !!

DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE! Security protocols in this building are a joke, vehicle theft inside the parking garage is a common occurrence. Packages are often lost or delayed for several days in the receiving area. This is without a doubt the worst managed building in the Brickell area. Save yourself some troubles and avoid at all cost. This association deserves 0 stars. Without a doubt the worst and most lacking board of directors in any association.

Close to train and people mover and good restaurants

I came to the South Tower on Saturday afternoon to meet a realtor who was going to show me the property. Axis is a nice place. But you know what else needs to be nice for me to live there? The people working the place. I came into the lobby and there were two gentlemen standing behind the counter. I wasn’t greeted. After a few minutes of waiting for my realtor I figured I’d call her to make sure she could still make it. It was then that I realized I left my phone in my car. I approach the two gentlemen working behind the counter. One of them older one of them younger. I ask if I can use the house phone to make a local call. The older gentlemen asks me what unit I live in. I tell him that I don’t live in the axis. Before I can explain further he tells me to use my own phone. I tell him I don’t have my phone with me and he tells me that there is nothing he can do to help me. I say fine, great and walk away and continue to wait. I thought about this later - a man who is employed to stand there and be of assistance told me there was nothing he could do to help me. Unbelievable. I don’t care how nice the amenities are in this place because this guy was so rude that I can’t see his face again. So hard pass on Axis for that reason alone.

I have lived here for three years. Good location if you like Brickell, but the building is over rated. Elevator has been broke for half a year. Hot tub breaks daily. A/C is off in summer.You get what you pay for. Not a bad building if it was run correctly. Owners are delusional as to what units are worth

This building is terrible and completely racist. I scheduled my move out and they double booked the elevator. Instead of allowing us to share the elevator they gave it to the nice young white woman moving out. Meanwhile I had to wait and pay my movers just to sit and do nothing. I asked for another elevator to use but they said no. Because the other apartment took so long to move out, I wasnt able to start moving out until 3pm and my new building charges me $500 to keep the loading dock open late for me. I asked for help from the building and they laughed and said no. The people here are terrible and only care about themselves, not the residents.

Overall Great building, administration and utilities. However, Internet provider is the worst having AT&T and other unknown provider. Please get in contact with Fios or Xfinity. AT&T is really bad. Also, automated parking door entrance is a nigh mare. Everyone having the same issue trying to get in and Administrations have not resolved the matter. Please do something in regards to the matter.

Great location. Building is pretty legit. The thing that sucks here is that you only get one parking spot per apartment. Your second car is valet only. Your car will be slept in, driven around at night, dented and mistreated by the valet company. My passenger seat was left fully reclined on more than one occasion. Try talking to the building and they refer you to the valet company. Try talking to the valet company and they dont speak English. Not worth the money or location.

Great location, nice appartement and good amenities. Maybe the only downside is the noise coming from the Metrorail.
