To say my recent experience with M10 was satisfactory is an understatement. They have taken care of me and my fat fingers on the keyboard for more than 12 years. Every time they fix a problem, it stays fixed - they work meticulously, thoroughly and with explanations that even a dodo would understand. And I dont mind depending on them - they are the definition of expert! What would I do without them?

Michael is terrific! In a business like mine where computers and servers are the lifeblood, and being down for a day can be devastating, Michael really saved the day! I had a hard drive crash and Michael was able to not only retrieve all my data and transfer it to a new [and much better] SSD drive, but also get it done much faster than I expected. Everything booted up lightning fast and my print alignment for insurance claims was still spot on! Would recommend him to anyone for anything IT, computer and website related! 5 stars!
