Walked in around 2PM with my S21 Ultra 5G. The bottom half of my screen stopped functioning (screen was flickering and going black). I was informed by the associate Luis working the front desk that the repair would be able to get covered via Smasungs manufacture warranty. Came back around 6 and the repair was done with no issues. Luis was very professional and took time to discuss my options despite the store being busy. Highly reccomend this location if youre looking to get your electronics looked at! I dropped my iPhone, and it started making a Strange noise when I pushed the buttons. I brought it in and William took a look at it. He said some screws that came loose and tightened them up for me for no charge! Anywhere else would have told me that needed a new part and charge me for it but not here thank you William!
