Everyone at Maid Green is very trustworthy and their customer service is outstanding. They are extremely responsive to my questions and stand behind the quality of their work. I love having a team come to my house as they are able to cover more areas in a short amount of time, so they are extremely efficient. The window cleaning service is also amazing!! I highly recommend Maid Green for all your residential and commercial cleaning needs.

We hired Maid Green testing out yet another cleaning company and they truly exceeded our expectations. Their team is helpful, kind, and has a very positive attitude at all times. We started them once every other week and have moved to once a week because they do such a good job, and each time they come, they try to go the extra mile. Overall they were fine but were not detail oriented. They missed dirty areas on bathroom floor (corners, around base of toilet and sink); left pockets of dust on shelves and on top of TV and stereo components. Maybe Im too picky but when I am paying $200 to clean my house I dont expect to have pick up dirt left behind.They were also late two times because they went to the wrong address.

Have used MG for about nine months. Once every 2 weeks, 1500 square foot condo. Always on time (even when parking is bad), reliable, nice job. I think they use some sort of green cleaning agents so no toxic nasties left behind for my dog and cat. Just referred to some friends out in Coral Gables.

The team at Maid Green did an excellent job performing a deep cleaning for a house my wife and I just moved into. They left no stone unturned and where very thorough cleaning top to bottom.

They did a decent job of cleaning my apartment. There was still some dirt left on the floor, the metal tip of my charging cable got bent and now it doesnt work, and the couch was left lopsided. The couch has raisers because it is very low to the ground so I understand that the raisers must be a weird sight to them, but at least tell me before I sit on my couch and fall sideways. The actual cleaning job was decent and the ladies were nice, I even tipped them. Maybe just a little more care could go into the service.

Hands down one of the best experiences. The ladies arrived promptly, asked for a few instructions, then sprung into action. They left no crumb, dust bunny, or water-spot behind. In just 2 hours time they transformed a 3 bedroom home into a castle.

An excellent cleaning crew and experience-I heard of Maid Green Miami via a referral and I highly recommend them to others as well. They came to do a deep clean of my apartment, which had been neglected for a long time, and they ended up putting in some overtime to get everything up to their high standards.

Maid Green was great! I reached out to them for a quote and they were very responsive. Everyone I spoke with very nice, I told them my time frame, budget and what I wanted to focus on for my move out service. They bulit a custom service for me quickly that was very affordable and my 2 story town home was in rough shape.They called and let me know when they were almost to my property, very courteous and friendly. I left them a key, they called when they were finished and sent me a picture of where we agreed to hide our key. They even offered to come back if anything was not satisfactory.I reviewed the work and they did an amazing job. The place is now move in ready and I really couldnt be happier. Ill definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy, affordable and friendly cleaning service.

We just had our 2 bedroom apartment deep cleaned, and HOLY COW it looks good. In addition to cleaning, they organized some of our messy areas, and folded a mountain of blankets. Highly recommend this service :)

Prior to contacting Maid Green Windows at my studio had horrible calcium build up on the outside blocking about 15-20% of the natural sunlight coming in. They removed the build up and the studio is well lit now with natural light. Maid Green gave a fair price and were honest. I highly recommend.

I met Petter and the Maid Green crew a while back and what an experience! There are many companies who talk the talk but Maid Green is one that walks the walk! Its always nice when you speak to the owner not only believes in his brand but lives his brand. From all green cleaning solutions, to planting trees and giving back in other philanthropic manners, Maid Green is a class act!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The cleaning crew is not honest, truthful, or competent!If I could give zero stars I would. These people literally stole our money. I paid 200$ for a move in/deep clean. The first time I called I spoke to a woman who said she was the owner, as she was super nice. She told me about s special promotion and was really helpful. I called 3 times to confirm what tasks would be done.Upon arrival the staff argued with man who brought them the supplies, my boyfriend was on site and I wasnt, and said they were not cleaning anything, just pushing dust around. The maids were claiming they couldnt clean because the vacuum didnt work... When it clearly did. He was uncomfortable telling them it was bad service, because upon arrival they told him they needed a tip... super unprofessional. They basically said they only get paid per hour and rely on tips.I called the office to express my concern and was ASSURED over and over again they are required to follow a check list. My boyfriend left the property to get lunch, came back and paid them, and ran out to do errands, because I assured him they were required to follow a checklist--that their job depended on it. He even tipped them 20$ because they told him again, oh the whole $200 goes to the company we dont get any money.Please see the pictures I posted that show pee on our toilet seat, floors never swept or mopped, counters and sinks not even wiped down, and NOTHING done that was promised to me. They stated they had a checklist to follow, which they obviously didnt.I am appalled and will be contacting the BBB as well, considering it appears once we paid them in cash and they just left our property, said they cleaned, and locked up. I called the owner of the company and she hasnt returned my call, all day, even though they claim they are open for business until 5pm.Again, I encourage you DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The cleaning crew is not honest, truthful, or competent!

EXCELLENT!!! Alberto came to do a movein cleaning for the deep cleaning carpets, and I was amazed how much cleaner it looked, felt, and smelled! It was truly surprising to see how dirty the carpet is, when they throw the water away, its pitch black! So much dirt!He was also such a kind, funny person to have around when cleaning.. I had another company come do the general cleaning (bathroom and kitchen) prior to having Alberto come... and it just felt uncomfortable having that person clean it, she was missing spots and didnt clean well..... but seriously I was amazed by Alberto! Thank you guys!

These folks were a life saver. My tenant moved out leaving the place a complete disaster. My new tenant was going to show up in a few days. Maid Green showed up, and cleaned the place so well, I was simply amazed. They were also so polite, listened to my needs, and went above and beyond my expectations.
