Even if one of the maids have an emergency, they communicated with us and their office and someone else was reassigned to provide service if at all possible.The condo is always sparkling when we return four hours later, SO NICE!And they will do a little special cleaning if time permitsthank you girls

I just had Downtown Maid clean my house for the first time yesterday. They noticed how little my previous cleaning really did in our house! I got home and everything looked so sparkly and just felt cleaner! Thank you to Edna and her sister for taking such great care of our house. Cant wait for the next time they come and clean! :)

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am. After no one showing up at that time, I tried calling the company, send an email, messaged the number and no answer at all. At 10am someone showed up but still no one received my call. Apparently it was a 4 hour clean but when I came back at 12pm for lunch there was no one in my apartment ands still a lot to be done. After a bunch of missed calls, the person came back without supplies so they had to use my own supplies. Again, horrible experience and will never use this service again. I paid $189 for a service that is not the one being sold on their website.

Making an appointment was easy. Mariann is very professional. I even had to change the prearranged time TWICE and she was very patient and accommodating. The ladies (sisters) arrived timely and were super professional and spoke great English (Ive encountered language barriers with past providers). I am already looking forward to the next visit.

$120.00 for a one bedroom and will not clean sliding glass doors even on one side! Not a good value. Overpriced compared to other cleaning services. The cleaners were nice and very thorough but I still cant understand why they would not clean the windows! I overpaid and did not get a complete cleaning!

Because of Downtownmaid my unborn childs life was jeopardized! The maid cleaned the apartment however when she was done she was telling us she is finished so I got up to walked towards her and she had not mopped the floor dry, warned me that it was slippery or anything I fell on my back bumped my knee into the wall causing a cut on my knee...I honestly do not know what to say, I am 9 months pregnant and due in less than two weeks. They use a very slippery materials (be careful if you have toddlers.) This could have been the worst day of my life! This is careless, and reckless. My pregnancy was endangered today thanks to your their!
