My service technician was courteous, kind and very professional. As a person with two dogs, our rugs and carpets really needed some attention. He really took time to explain to me what he was doing and why and how to deal with stains in the future. I would definitely request to work with him again. Elixir Carpet Cleaning Service Inc just cleaned two large oriental rugs for me. Im very happy with his service. He picked my rugs up and took them out to be cleaned. He had to move large furniture to remove them. They were returned as promised in beautiful condition and he charged 1/3 the cost of other quotes. I will surely recommend his service to my family and friends.

Tech who showed up was Rick was very friendly. Explained me the cost upfront and saved me money instead of doing extra things we did not need. Stains were removed and to this day they haven’t appeared yet. Rick followed up with me on the odor and told me to call him if there were any issues. They did a massive job, and went above and beyond what I had asked for. I had a flood that damaged the carpet pads and stained the carpet on two floors. They came in, replaced the pad, re-stretched the carpet, and cleaned it. The house was livable again in no time. The price was decent, the service was detailed and expeditious!!!
