Left my car around 10:00 a.m. picked it up at 4:00 p.m. after being told it would take a couple of hours and they did not touch it. Owner said he did not have time to do it. This place used to be great, I do not know if they sold it but owner is extremely rude.

I was verbally assaulted by the owner in front of my wife and two toddlers. They did a terrible job cleaning my vehicle and had 4 men around me giving me all sorts of excuses as to why they cant clean my vehicle better and constantly insulting my intelligence by telling me you obviously dont understand and trying to put their arms around me. My vehicle is one year old with a clear coat protecting the paint. I refused to pay for this awful experience and their employee cornered me between 4 cars not letting me pass yelling demanding that I pay or he would call the cops. He dashed towards me as if to push me and seemed to have thought twice before doing it. I took out my phone and said I would call the cops right now and he ran back to his station. The owner then continues to yell all sorts of bad words while doing aggressive gestures walking towards me. My wife is ready to call the cops and my babies are asking why is that man yelling at dad. Just as I was about to dial 911 all 4 men scatter and the owner moves away yelling at me to leave. Honestly the only reason I didnt call the police is because my kids did not need to see any more of this. All in all, they could of just taken the loss as they admitted the vehicle was poorly cleaned and even given me a free wash to give them a 2nd chance. Instead they insulted, threatened and tried to intimidate me in front of my family to make me pay them a miserable $30. Here are some photos taken before it escalated. I blacked out myself and vehicle for privacy. The man with the blue and black sweater, sunglasses and camo hat is the owner. By the way, I took my vehicle home and washed it myself. SPOTLESS!!! - Edit: Seems Google doesnt let me put photos with peoples faces. Hes a white hispanic male. I think hes bald, but had a hat. About 6ft tall.

Rudeness like crazy. Owner thinks he knows best yet the cars dont come out detail clean as they advertise.

Don’t bother they always give you an excuse on how they can’t wash cars because they’re backed up or it will be a 2 hr wait time and you never see that many cars actually waiting, they don’t know how to run a proper business. There’s plenty of car washes save yourself time and money. You’ll find better jobs in the area that can do it faster, cheaper and better! Tip of advice to the owner: get more employees and people who actually want to work. Maybe you’ll business will strive.

Paid 40 dollars. They cleaned the car with very little attention to detail.

Took the car in for a wash, when I went to pick up the car after an hour and a half. the car had grainy material throughout. the person who washed the car gave all sorts of excuses. I paid him, went home and washed the car in a few minutes and left it clean and shiny. this is unacceptable. will never go back.

These guys are good. I took my boat for a cleaning after it sat for a while and they did a good job for a reasonable price.

Both my mother and I have gone. They told usWe had some sort of scratch that we had never seen before across out car door. They told us it would be $20 extra to take it out. Never going again. They also did not clean the car properly and left all sorts of dirt.
