This use to be my favorite car wash spot, but I wont go anymore. They only want to wash cars that are already close to clean. If not they want to charge you a full detail of $200+. Im not picky at all, and was okay with doing their best.My SUV only had kids crumbs from cookies, and could use a wipe down. I was going to pay $90 for Wash and Wax and they didnt want to do it. Plus i always tip on top.Take your money to a place that has the time and interest in washing cars. They just want to get it in and get it out.

I was very impressed with the exterior wash that I got at 305. Very good price! It cost only $15 for my Tesla Model S. However, the wait was very long. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes in line. I was not in a hurry so I sat in my car listening to a radio program so I didnt really mind it anyway.

First, CarWash 305 is a hand car wash extremely reasonably priced! For all makes and models including slingshot. Managers there are very sweet and staff very thorough.Secondly, COVID-19 protocols are followed here by employees and expected by customers and visitors alike.Note: Pinecrest Bakery is nextdoor. You can have a beverage or ☕ with some amazing bakery goods, sandwiches and pizza 😋while you wait for your car.Lastly, this car wash took care of all of MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, GA & FL insects that sat for a couple of days. I have been getting adjusted from my move and unable to get to the car wash any sooner. 🥺 All the bugs were removed; AMAZING JOB! 🤩🥰 It looks like it just got out of the showroom 😁I highly recommend the CarWash 305!

I had a great experience at the car wash, they started washing my car immediately after I arrived, and spent a nice time detailing it inside with the vacuum and towels. This is the best car wash I’ve had in over a year, I highly recommend this place. Stop by and you’ll be impressed yourself!

Very pleased with the car wash I got today. My car sparkles inside and out. The gentleman attending to washing my car treated it as if it were his. Very thorough. Big 5 stars!

Needed to get some sand out of the seats so I went on yelp to search for a car wash nearby. 3.5 stars means more often than not, you get a Carwash right?$25 for an interior/exterior wash, BMW X5. Business is open 7 days a week. Came here on a Sunday around 12:30 and they were able to start cleaning immediately. 5 stars.

First visit is always good. Then they become slackers... Eight visit, black car, seagull droppings in the hood and roof, paid 70 bucks for full wax. 90 minutes later they deliver the car with the white chunks still on, and when pointed out they worked for 5 minutes on some spots and then just moved the car to the sun and walked away.Last time.

This business is so disorganized. They would not detail my car because it takes too much time eventhough there were 13 employees there and no vehicles but mine. I even offered to get it washed today and come back tomorrow but they flat out refused. They just lost 2 loyal clients. So unprofessional. There was only sand in the car from the beach.

PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!! My experience today around 1:00pm, i arrived with my 2 doors tacoma pick up and ask for car wash prices, i was offered a $25 for regular wash. Once my truck was ready to wash, first i notice that the employee didnt rinsed the car with water to remove dirt and dust before scrubbing with soap and fiber rag. Easy way to scratch truck body paint, second he didnt even clean my truck bed or bed liner. When i approach and ask why wasnt clean, all i received on response was (Thats how it is and if you dont like it, take your keys and leave)!!!!!. Conclusion, (Terrible Customer service, poor experience on washing cars, super rude and disrespectful).. AAAAAAVVVVVOOOOIIIIDDDD.

Sad that the quality of customer service and service have gone down. First time I have such a bad experience after been a customer since the opening. Look at the photos, the poor job they did. I have called, left messages, etc. and no one has called back for follow up. When they bankrupt and I hope not, they will say because of lack of customer support. Really sad.

I use to wash my car every month in this place, but yesterday I had a very disappointing experience, it was raining, the finish the car super quick and they told me is ready, when I check the job look it was awful.Two of the employes said my car was stained from wax, and they said they only can do shampoo and water * means they dont dry by hand.I came home this morning I just remove all the dirt by hand in 5 minutes.Even inside the interior was super dirty and not clean well.Hope you improve your employes, to work better and dont disappoint recurring customers.LJ

These people are awesome and so affordable for the time they spend in cleaning your car.

They are very good. Have been 4 times and 3 of 4 the service and job quality has been excellent.

They used a dirty rags to clean the windows and you have to point what they are missing. NOT GOOD I hate dirty windows after carwash.

YOU GET MORE FOR YOUR MONEY AT A GAS STATION TOUCH-LESS CAR WASH FOR $8.00, THAN THIS PLACE. It took one hour to do the outside of my car. The cashier (57 man) washed my rims and used the same rag to wash my car. I stopped him and had one of the older gentlemen rewash my car. Because the cashier gave me the car dirty (picture below). The older employees are great. The cashier and manager are both rude and have no customer service skills.

This a great carwash no doubt, The attendants are always willing to assist.

They did not clean my car properly! When I questioned it they gave an excuse that those spots do not come out! And when I took some of them with my own finger, they left and let me there alone talking to myself!

Its does have enough space parking lot. People occupied the parking that is supposed to used for the bakery that is found there.

Rude, there excuse of not doing a good job was because they only use water and soap. Lol Really? I believe that is what you need to clean a car. Cashier gentleman insulting me as well as the slow person who was detailing my vehicle. He stopped working on my car for 10 minutes because it was more important to chat and gossip with a lady client. Slow service, rude employees. I asked to speak to owner and they ignored me. Don’t use this car wash. Oh, they also stole my carpets.

I cant speak for anyone elses experience at this car wash, but my car came out very clean and detailed. For $20 Id say its a good service and attention to detail.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. You don’t want to deal with the team there they are the most unwelcoming people in the world and they won’t listen to anything you ask and won’t make your car fully clean.

Everytime i go there I get the worst customer service, not sure why they have to be so rude. I got there at 6:10 PM and they guy told me that there was no time to clean my car inside, but they close ar 7:00 PM...they only had 3 cars in the entire place and they were halfway done.

I use the $35 unlimited monthly wash plan. Been coming here once per week for about a year and a half. The car wash is good and the employees are helpful, friendly and efficient. Love this place.

Today I went there and got my car wash and I notice that my car rims were still little dirty. Also I had to tell the gentleman who wash my car to whip my windows down inside my car because they were still dirty. The gentleman did not wash my car very well I am very upset because I had to come wash my own car since they didn’t do that well with cleaning my vehicle.

I used to come here before Pinecrest Bakery opened up and they always did a good job for the money and quick. Since then the quality has declined and today was my last visit after my car sat untouched for an hour an a half before I asked for the keys back and drove away. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Might as well thrown away 20 bucks. I just did the inside and told them to keep the 5 tip and everything I pointed out to them first is still dirty. Soda and coffee marks, everything. They just vacuumed the rugs. Thats it. They didnt do the windows or really wipe anything down, and I asked for new car scent on the way out but dismt have time to argue. Really bad. Ill never wash a car here again .

Car Wash 305 is another successful business in Miami run by an owner with poor people skills! When I arrived I was greeted by friendly owner (at this time I didnt know he is the owner) and his employee and my car was accepted right away. I purchased a basic car wash which took nearly an hour...the longest car wash ever. They did a phenomenal job and since I was in a recent car accident, the employee offered additional help with dents and paint. I accepted but he said it has to be approved by the owner. When the same friendly owner came, he completely dismissed everything the employee was saying and told me to take my car elsewhere. He was so rude that I decided I am never coming back. Use this car wash only if you are ready to deal with the rudeness of the owner!

Went to car wash 305 and had a bad experience, the car was not washed properly I had to tell them about dirt Marks still on the car, it took 40minutes and There is no professional equipment or cleaning products. Its connected to pinecrest bakery which has a big sign in lights that there is beer available- there is no beer.

Ive been back twice in the last week, both times they were understaffed and quoted me 2 hours or more wait time. There werent even many cars there... 2 or 3.. never again

The people are really nice and friendly but the quality of the cleaning is really poor, my car inside was a mess and no cleaned as it should be, could still see stains that easily could be removed by a wet towel was still there....Surprisingly enough it wasnt crowded. They need someone to inspect that job after is done, before delivering it to the clients.

***STAY AWAY*** THEY SCRATCHED ALL OF MY TINTED WINDOWS AND COMPLETELY RUINED 3 OF THEM. I DROVE IN FOR A QUICK WASH AND DROVE OUT WITH CHIPS AND SCRATCHES ON ALL MY TINTS... AFTERWARDS ALSO NOTICED THAT THE EXTERIOR PAINT AND THE INTERIOR PANELS HAD SCRATCHES... SUPER RUDE ARROGANT MANAGER DENIED RESPONSIBILITY. ***POLICE WERE CALLED AND INCIDENT REPORT WAS FILED.*** THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. TRY CALLING THEIR NUMBER IT IS A FALSE NUMBER. APPARENTLY I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO AS THERE ARE OTHER REVIEWS CLAIMING THE SAME. ***BEWARE***

When they first opened and the owner was here in top of his employees, the place was great, but I came today to get my car waxed, not only they charged me $90! But they didnt vacuumed it complete and they never put any wax on my car, when they give it back to me, was still dirty, the paint was not soft as its supposed to! So as for me, they will never see me again in these place

I visit this place for the first time yesterday and I was please with there service. Oscar and Irving were very kind and they did an excellent job to my car. I will highly recommend this place to everybody.

Horrible service, I got there an hour before 7pm- “their closing time” - and a guy told me they were done for the day like if I was asking for a free car wash. Won’t go back there I ll spend my money elsewhere.

I was there today for a car wash, when I get home I realized my shopping bag from the store Rainbow was missing! I am a frequent customer and this is my new car! I hate to think someone stole a bag of dresses from my car!!!

My ride was super dirty...so they had lots of work to do, not sure if it was two hours worth tho. The only thing I didnt like is that they removed my bumper sticker without asking me first
