Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming us in and making us feel very trustworthy of them. They detailed my moms car, taking unbelievably incredible care of it. In the front passenger seat, there was a pile of clothes and hats, which they folded and organized in the trunk after a full vacuuming. Not one detail was skipped. 10/10. Avoid, way overpriced, not a good service. First time went to this car wash they did a good service. Went again 2 days ago and paid over 100$ because the SUV was really dirty, and they barely cleaned it. After the service the car still had sand (they barely vacuumed it, was dirty in the interior. Would NOT go there again (SEE PICTURES OF THE CAR AFTER THE SERVICE)

I was quoted by an owner or manager $25 and told them I would arrive around 2:45PM. When I arrived at 2:45PM the employee there quoted me $55. I explained to the employee that I was already quoted $25 and showed him the text message. He replied “I don’t care whether it was the owner or manager that quoted you, I am the one doing the work and I say it’s $55 and you can pick up the car in 5 hours!” I told him I didn’t do business with bait and switch companies like this! Take your car anywhere but here. Poor management, slow service! (DOWNTOWN LOCATION EXPERIENCE)

Came by there because I wanted to make my car look good and these guys did a great job. It is not cheap but its worth it. The employees were courteous and cleaned the car really well. Would definitely do business with them again. They also speak Spanish. Hablan Español tambien.

Got a car wash here about two weeks ago. The service was very professional, and detailed. Technician took his time and really detailed the interior as well as exterior. Location is in Brickell City Center parking garage. It was a little tricky to find and is not on Apple Maps, but after passing the sign at the entrance of the garage and making a circle around the block it was not too difficult to locate. Benefits of the location is you can shop, eat and relax at the Brickell Mall while getting your car washed. After about an hour of waiting for a text message update I decided to go back down stairs and get my car, but the technician was still wiping down every inch of my car! After waiting for a while longer I went back up stairs. The wash took a total of an hour and 45 minutes, if you are not in a rush and have the time I Highly recommend this location. For $40-$45 the service was exceptional and I will definitely be back.

Don’t know what they used . That what happened in couple hours after wash . And by the picture you can see the wash . They returned the money but damage for the car is much worse than 45$

These crooks are there to fleece you. When I arrived I asked the guy how much it would cost for a wash. He showed me a menu and I chose the basic in & out for $25. They wrote me a receipt. I came back to the car to drop off a bag and was met with an incredible rude & aggressive woman demanding I pay $35 because my car was ‘dirty’!! Of course it was dirty! That is why I was at the car wash. When I insisted on her giving me her name so I could contact her management she called security.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS

Horrible Management instead bring customer will push them away off. Future customer Carefully watch out where you guys bring your car to wash . They prohibit to wait for your car to be done at the area nearby even though you are not blocking or bothering to do their duty, forcing the customer to wait in the mall . I am so regret to spent my time and money down here.

Avoid this place like the plague. Went to both places in the inside the City Centre and they quoted me two different prices for the same service… What car wash place in the world charges more for vacuuming the seats? The people that work here have a terrible attitude were extremely rude. Take your business somewhere else.

I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars because 1 star is too much of a compliment for these “professionals”. Took my car here for a wash while I was shopping. I get back to my car to a subpar wash at best. Finally, once I get home theres a scratch on the left door. Whatsup w that? I called and they dont want to pay or even admit it was their fault even tho I noticed 15 minutes after the detail no accidents nothing. Place sucks. Go somewhere else because trust me for $50 you can get a better wash and detail wout a scratch at an exxon mobile.
