Caliper paint jobSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!After taking my Land Rover Defender here to custom paint the calipers yellow, the job done was done very poorly. After speaking with Harold, I was advised he would be on top of it and take personal care of it from start to finish and be sure the job was done correctly the second time.Needless to say it was not. There was paint on the rims, brake pads, and the bracket.After trying to contact Harold again many a times, I received no response.I decided to take my car to the dealership. The dealership took the breaks apart and discovered the BREAK SENSOR WAS CUT. See picture.This place does not know how to do this job correctly and put myself in my family at risk. Im top of that I had to pay for the damage that they caused to my car.Be sure to look this review over, along with all the pictures of proof, so you could know how shady and terrible this place is. Dont put you or your families life on the line for a place that is not interested in doing the right thing or even remotely trying to correct it.Watch out for your safety!

The best car wash in Miami that I know of. I have a client with a Ferrari, I bring it here to get detailed. Great value for the price for any car - cheapest wash is $28 for inside and out. Large team working on all the cars together. This place also offers painless dent removal, window tinting, clear bra (3m) installation and more.

Went out there for my first time to paint my brake calipers. Wow what a store your one stop shop. They do everything from tints to repair rims to paint calipers, wrap you name it. Definitely great service like the ad says my car was done the same day. Would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone to go and check them out

Sad to leave such a bad review but was not satisfied with the service provided. Personnel was friendly and helpful but service is not good;Left my recently purchased used corolla for an “inside detailing” service that included a full car cleanup, seat shampooing and also asked them to remove the old tint film from windows.While I was satisfied with the tint film removal service ($100), the “inside detailing” ($180 for a Corolla) was very mediocre to say the least. I can tell Seats where cleaned because they were wet, but the don’t look as I would expect, overall the car’s dashboard was dirty, they did not do a very good job vacuuming the carpet and to my surprise, when I pop the trunk open, noticed they had not even bothered to vacuum the trunk…As far as the outside of the car goes: I can do a better job cleaning the inside of the doors, and even found dirty spots on the outside of the passenger door.The most expensive car wash I ever paid - detailing is too much of a word for the poor cleaning they did on my car.I’m never taking my car there again and suggest you don’t either.Don’t waste your money.

I brought my car here for a $50 detailing service and discovered the next day that they did not even vacuum my trunk, which had been very dirty. To make matters worse, I discovered upon arriving home (500 miles away) that three of my four floor mats (all but the one in the drivers seat) were missing. I called the shop and spoke to someone named Louie, who identified himself as the owner. Rather than apologize and offer to help, he immediately responded with skepticism and scorn, asking why I was calling a couple of days after the fact...as if I would have some reason to shake him down for three floor mats for an old, base model Ford Mustang. His eventual offer of assistance was to look into it when he got back, which he told me wouldnt be that day (even though I called in the morning). In other words, total dismissiveness, as there was no apparent reason he couldnt call his shop on the spot to ask whether they have my floor mats (and Im sure they do). If this is the kind of value and customer service you want, I highly recommend you bring your car here. Just make sure to inspect everything in your car carefully before you leave...

Painted brake callipers!! Excellent job

Place is a joke. Ive been going here for 3 years and its gotten worse. Had my car taken there to be cleaned (general wash). When finished the car had bug splatter and marks, leaves, and dirt on the front bumper, and sides. Also, water is retained in the window after a wash, so when you wind your window down, you get water marks- they could have just dried the windows completely after a wash.I recommend finding somewhere else. The pricing is fine, but the service is terrible.Were disappointed.

Thats what you get from number 3 $ 90.00 dollars car wash (see the photo). They do not clean the exhaust tip even when you show its dirt and asks to be cleaned. The excuse was because the muffler is hot. I touched it and was not hot. At this point I got disappointed and leave the place without pay attention in other details. When I was in my way back home I observed that the wildshield is dirt and the front panel was not cleaned (you can see the dust on the photos). I was expecting much more from a detailing car wash. They do not do it well. I can have the same type of car wash for 25 dollars in other place

I was there this morning around 9:45 to get my car detailed for $199. The regular price is $299 but they have a “promo” if you drop your car off before 10am then you get $100 off. The guy who checked out my car said because of the stains they have to up charge me and he asked for $350 which was very unprofessional and honestly it felt like bait and switch because I called a day before and they didn’t mention an extra price for anything like that or it’s also not mentioned on their website. I drove there from north miami beach, I told the guy that I was going to write a review he said “fine” and didn’t seem to care a lot, unfortunately I won’t be going there ever again. I’ve been a customer for 3 years so today you guys Not only missed my business today but you lost a 3 year old customer.PS: I have a picture from this morning at the shop and also i can post screenshots of my credit statements to prove I’m an old customer so please don’t write “fake review.”

THIS IS NOT FAKE BUT YOU ANSWERED MY QUESTION AND I WON’T BE RETURNING.I used to have my car washed here once a week for years and the results were always great.Last week I returned after living out of the area the past 2 years and the results were much different. The car still had dirt all over it, the windows were not touched, overall a really bad job. And even though they weren’t busy, they seemed to rush though it. And if I remember correctly the price of the wash was about double what it used to be. What a shame. Did ownership change recently?

I paid 50$ with tip for their second tier ash only to find the back floor untouched, in short.i came back home to vacuum a car that just left their business. Before this I paid for their regular wash and the center console was scratched. Never again.

Harold took care of me with my Dodge Challenger 5% Tints in ceramic window tinting. Excellent work and they provide a lifetime warranty which is why I have been coming here for years. The heat rejection using their Xpel Prime XR Plus Ceramic window tinting film is absolutely incredible.

Took my 2020 Ram Rebel here to remove a few dings from the driver and passenger door, as well as some on the bed. They did an amazing job, for an amazing price, in a reasonable amount of time. They even pointed out an fixed a dent I didnt even see I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been using Car Detailing Brickell for over 2 years now for my window tinting, hand car washes and auto detailing for As long as Ive had my truck. Harold has been the one to take care of me and he does an AMAZING job! He is courteous and works his behind off!! He never complains granted the hot weather outside. My car is always dirty considering the color is black and my dog sheds so much which leaves hair in ever crevasse of the car. Still, despite the hair and how dirty it is, they always clean it up nicely for me!

Fast and reasonable prices.Updated comment:Today I had a regular body wash for my car (Audi TTS) which I always keep in excellent condition and the service, this time, was pretty disappointing.The car was barely dirty since it has been washed 2 days ago, it needed just a regular wash to remove the few stains from the rain and a little sand on the back seats and hood.Well, the hood hasnt been cleaned at all, the back seats looked untouched or even dirtier, the front seat on the passenger side was clean but returned with sand on it and, the inside of the car in general was with the same little stains that I removed after with a wet napkin.For $13 less there is a car wash a few blocks away going west which provides a better service than this 100%.Sorry for reconsidering this place.

Came in with my Ford Raptor for a Silver Tier Ceramic coat. They turned the vehicle over in less than 24 hours and even cleaned the interior (Which they didnt have to). Once I left I noticed my front passenger weather mat was missing and upon contacting the shop, they went out of their way to reimburse me for a brand new set. Good honest business. Not too many like this left in Miami.

I didnt have an appointment and they took my car in right away. I got all windows including the windshield tinted on my Jaguar XJ. Ceramic tints all around for less than $500 and it has lifetime warranty without a deductible! They washed and vaccumed my car as well. I will be bringing it back to let them detail it soon. They have a decent lounge area to wait in as well as restaurants within walking distance. Very pleased all around with this company.

I have two reviews from two different experiences.I came here back in September 2020 to get my windows tinted. They did a fantastic job, however their customer service was poor. I specifically came the day prior to the work being done to ask for an estimate. I received an exact quote $250 - but if I come in before 10am tint removal (addt’l $50) is free, so $200 + tax. I showed up at 8am the next day and that was not the case. I let that slide, because the quality of work and tints wasn’t worth an argument.Secondly, while I understand it takes a long time to do tints properly (which they exceeded my expectations) I was there from 8am - 2pm and not once did the manager/supervisor that took my car give me a status update - that’s a clear lack of simple customer service skills in my opinion.My second visit was in late Feb 2021, again the same issue with customer service. I pull in and the attendant who I believe is a manager/supervisor lacks simple customer service skills! I ask for a regular wash and heated seat cleaning, his immediate response “we don’t have time for that today” but the way it was said, again, was in poor taste and no mention of when is a good time to come in and get that taken care of...My wash was good, not great... there was no attention to detail, still a few spots remaining where birds had a field day and the inside detail they did not touch the dashboard, clean inside the crevices, cup holder or steering wheel. For $30, I was not completely satisfied.I would love to continue to patronize this place, but unfortunately they have a little cleaning up to do for me, beginning with customer service it’s piss poor.- and while it’s great business is booming, it’s never a good look to leave an “average” customer with a bad taste in the mouth.Definitely recommend them for window tinting, they do a stellar job. Nonetheless, it’s a no for me on the wash, and a big no on customer service.

Exceptional service! I got nano ceramic pro done on my car and it looks amazing, doesn’t get dirty, dirt rolls right off the car. I also got my window tints done here on the same day and I have no complaints what so ever. They are close to my home and I’ve become a loyal client and decided to keep taking my car here to get washed because they do an amazing job! Super happy

It was the first time I had to hire a professional auto detailer for my Tesla Model Y and Im glad I got it right the first time! Im very meticulously when it comes down to the cleanliness of my Tesla Model Y both on the exterior and especially in the interior. I have previously looked into getting my car detailed in the past, but I was always turned off by the experience I had. They never sounded very professional on the phone and the pricing was all over the map. These guys were the first company that had a clear description of what was included and at a fixed price point so I knew how much I was paying. They were also very professional on the phone and helped me book an appointment ASAP! Their pricing was also the most competitive and the overall service was a great value. I highly recommend them. Ive went ahead and purchased in advance their services so I dont have to worry about shopping around.

I can’t recommend Miami Auto Spa more! I had them completely murder out my BMW X5, full chrome delete, all lights blacked out, and wheels and brake calipers painted. I’ve also had my Mercedes tinted out with them. Their tints are super high quality, sun blocking, and do not peel in the hot Miami sun. I had the BMW done almost 3 years and everything is still perfect. i’ve had them repaint my wheels when they’ve gotten curbed and they got it done within the same day— most places take days!!! if you have a luxury car this is the ONLY PLACE to go! The owner is there overseeing everything, and it’s so professionally run. They also buffed out some minor scratches for me just as a courtesy! That kind of customer service is not something you find in many businesses.

Quick and clean great job

Harold did my ceramic coating and windiw tinting last week. He was always conscientious and professional on the phone and in person. When I went into the shop, he explained all of the tinting options as well as the ceramic coating and the process. In addition, I had questions about wrapping the car and he explained all of those options, one of which I intend to get in the future. Staff who do the work all seemef very happy on their jobs and when I picked up my car, they were eager to show me every detail of the work done. I will return for work in the future.

I got my windows tinted here on my s class. Wasnt perfect initially but I came back and the guys fixed all the problems I pointed out. Very professional. Best value in town I shopped around. Other legitimate places wanted way more for xtel tint film. Harold helped me. Thanks 👍

Awesome deals here. The manager Harold is always so super friendly. Their mini detail for $89 is less than 45 minutes and the car always comes out looking brand new. Living in Brickell Im lucky to have this place so close to downtown Miami. Its the best car detailing and hand car wash near me in Miami.

Was very excited to get my car detailed but after spending $240 (including tip) I was very disappointed when I picked it up. The exterior still had patches of dirt, interior windows are dirty, mirrors are dirty, pedals are dirty, center console has streaks, and the moon roof is dirty. They did shampoo the carpet and mats, that seems to be the upside. I’m going home to finish the job myself. There’s a major lack of quality control, definitely won’t be coming back.

Paid for the ultimate #6 package, the inside was lovely but the outside was covered in soap bubbles, smudges, and the buffing did absolutely nothing. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I have purchased a Buy More Save More Package. I did pre-pay for 5 washes at a discounted price and supposedly I would get a free wash. I got issued my card with circles in which the attendants would mark each visit. No brainer and easy...but not so fast. I visited the location 3 times and got my 3 carwashes. They circled my washes without any problems as expected. Today I went for my 4th time and...Surprise! My card for pre-paid package is not good any longer. The card clearly does not have an expiration date and I am customer 178613 (see on the attached pictures). The attendant kept saying; You are not in the system...You have to pay for your visit...You have already used all your car washes! How is this possible if they are not marked on the card???This is plain DISHONESTY and DISRESPECT to their customers. So I had to pay $28.00 for todays visit and the 3 past visits were the 3 most expensive carwashes I have paid in my life, a total RIP-OFF. I have paid for 5 and got only 3. On top of the lack of customer service the vehicle was not properly cleaned nor detailed. (See attached pictures). I dont recommend this business due to the lack of respect for their loyal customers also, the service they provide is not worth the cost (very overpriced). It is clearly a SCAM. I do care for my community so I dont want members of my community to fall under false promises and get their money taken away like it happened to me. This type of monkey business with very low standards does not happen in other cities, only in Miami. I wont take my imported vehicle again to this establishment. This is why some tourists complain so much about our city.

I got a Full Service Spa Bath for my car and they didnt even vacuum my trunk. Wanted to get my car detailed after a long road trip. Not great for the price, and I wont be coming back.

They are not cheap but they do a very good job. I have been a loyal client for 8 years and always happy with the services. Harold is great to work with as he always gets me taken care of for a reasonable price.

I contacted this place and inquired about their package deals and was told those are their guaranteed prices - drove out there and a guy told me the car would take 3 hours so they did not have enough time. Went back again, and dealt with Harold the apparent manager and he was awful. Opened the car said it would take 5 hours and would cost over $300 (was advised the first time I called it would be no more than the package price of $169). Told us he didn’t want our business and that their prices are out of date online. He was not helpful and was very unprofessional.

Total scam. They wanted to charge me $180 to get my mini cooper interior cleaned. Go somewhere else.

Went to claim the lifetime warranty as claimed on there site because a wheel I got repainted from a minor curb rash started to chip off. Firstly, they could not find me in the system so the manager said I couldnt prove it was done there even after providing my bank statements. Secondly, I was told that since it was done 5 months ago that its too late to claim the lifetime warranty that is stated on their website. The paint started chipping off after 5 months of normal washes. I have included a video below.

It’s was raining I only pulled in because I wanted the interior cleaned had to get both interior and exterior no problem. The shop was empty, still managed to do a mediocre job. My door seal area and glove box area are still scuffed up on both sides.I posted both reviews simultaneously. Your response to my google review only reflects your level of service and grow up.

They fix my curb scratched wheels in less than 2 hours. Work so amazing that have to look at the pictures took before the fix to locate the areas retouched. I recommend this service and the car wash.

I had an excellent experience at Miami Auto Spa. With all the tint places in Miami, Chris actually spent time to explain to me the difference between a regular tint vs a ceramic tint. Also the guarantee on the work and tints themselves was amazing. I was able to drop off my car in the morning and pick it up a couple hours later. I could have stayed in their nice waiting area, but was easy to drop off and come back later. I tinted my Tesla Model 3, 35% all around and 70% on the glass roof for added heat protection.Will definitely come back for tints for future cars and recommending others to visit Miami Auto Spa!

Messaged ahead of time asking if they do a two bucket method (reduce swirls on car) told me yes when I arrived it was a different story. It’s a basic wash bucket with soap no foam baths or anything. If paint quality is high concern don’t go. Other than that it’s a quick service & they get the job done. Interior detailing is excellent & Staff is friendly.

Service felt rushed. There were smudges of dirt around the vehicle. Asked to have the interior cleaned and they didnt do it. Luckily they only charged for a basic car wash.

Kind of a waste of money well $59 hand wax they advertise It’s really just a wash I think they use wash and wax detergent not really a hand wax but ok I took like 20 minutes for them to finish it was quick but not right car still was dirty and had white residue on itbut the place is nice and quick probably just for a wash

I am not the type of person that likes to write a bad review, but considering that I was referred to this business by a friend, I was expecting professional and good customer service but I received the complete opposite. I called to ask for an estimate for correction paint on my dads truck and the man proceeded to tell me very rudely that he would have to see the car, when I asked if there was any way he could give me an estimate he rudely told me again that he has to see the car and hung up. I did not expect such bad costumer service and believe he could have explained to me why he couldn’t give me an estimate over the phone instead of rudely hanging up on a potential client. Very disappointing

Went there for a wash and to get my windows tinted. The window tinting was expensive and they broke the rear defroster on my back glass. Also the car wash was expensive and I still had to point out some areas on the front bumper that were missed. Not worth the price to me

Yesterday morning i spoke with Harold in hopes of getting my car tinted. He gave me a reasonable price, and the address with clear directions to the shop. I show up and am instantly welcomed with conversation and answering any questions i have. I end up getting my tint and its amazing! They cleaned my car interior and exterior as well ontop of the tint job. Also i had curb rash on my tires and they can fix that too! I will be back due to the extordinary service. I recommend this place whole heartedly makes you feel at home. 3hours went by like 30minutes. Multiple cars infront of me and the whole process and wait took 3hours until i drove off. Awesome!Harold & this business is amazing definitely give it a shot.

PLEASE AVOID THISsave your money .Horrible cleaning for $28 you get way better cleaning elsewhere.They don’t advertise prices for guests to see they have very small board saying what they don’t clean anything inside just dash board which is mediocre cleaning any way, once car is “clean” you check your vehículo to see how it is and inside looks pretty much the same .When you ask they tell you oh sits and doors are not included that cost $45 .Omg horrible .If you don’t want to have a bad moment just don’t visit this guys .

Went early Sunday morning as one of my pals got a little wasted and puked in my car. Peyton the young guy who greeted me was so friendly and explained that I needed a complete sanitation of the interior so the odor is removed and does not just get covered up. 4 hours later my car smells like new. Waiting room areas are great. lots of up to date magazines, free bottled waters and TVs, wireless etc.

Best car detailing prices in Miami. They completed a Full Complete Car Detailing Package and it came out awesome. The Interior car detailing experts here do great work. They are definitely the very best for care detailing downtown Miami in the Brickell area.

This company is embarrassing, please check out their previous account Dent Removal & Repair Miami (Wizard with dents, Door Ding Repair), 561 SW 8th St suite c, Miami, FL 33130. It seems they open a new account in order to obtain a 4+ Star rating. I understand some people have the money to pay for their services, and doesn’t really hurt them to spend that high of a cost. But with what I’ve experienced previously, this company doesn’t even deserve people hard earn money. Do yourself a favor and try other car washes that can do the same job for 100% less. Just for an update, the rims I got refurbished, the paint/clear coat is now peeling off. I don’t even know why I waist my time with this company, but I came across there new account and thought it was worth letting people know.

The morning of September 4 I took my 2017 John Cooper Works Rebel Green (Dark Green) Clubman for overspray removal after visiting your website. When I came to pick up the car it was late afternoon and overcast. The car was indoors so I could not see any imperfections in the finish after it was done. I asked the clerk if he inspected the car and said it was good to go. When I had a chance to see the car in direct sunlight I noticed swirl and hologram marks on fenders and the side door panels. Also, the windshield has small scratches on the driver side (very noticeable when driving directly with the sun in front of you) as if someone was using a razor blade to remove the overspray. The scratches are in the opposite direction of the wiper blade motion and those marks werent there when I took the car in. So in conclusion, if you want your car ruined and pay for it take it to these crooks. You better believe Im complaining, I called you a week later because thats when I noticed the swirl marks, while I was washing the car myself. You know it and I know it, that holograms and swirl marks are very hard to notice in the dark and that is where the car was sitting when I went to pick it up so I couldnt see what the damage was from what you did. For the record, it was not concrete overspray it was latex paint.

I had my car washed here the other day and they really did a thorough job of cleaning my car which is good. However, I specifically told them not to shampoo my cloth seats but they did. Just a little bit disappointed.

Omg, these people are the best, we were on vacation and we rented an apartment in brickell, unfortunately the parking garage is so narrow that our SUV Mercedes got stocked and the 4 rims got damaged, I was going crazy thinking of more than $3000 in damage, Mercedes Benz rims are very expensive, my husband researching founded this place, in less than 4 hours they took care our rims and made them look like new for a little under $500, I highly recommend them.

One of my friends recommended this place to me, to remove the decal off my car . As I got to the place Harold welcomed me and was friendly and quick to help as he checked my car inside and outside explained what I need to do and what I need to fix and their services, prices, so I decided to get the whole package it was really reasonable prices .When I came back to get my car I was amazed on the detailing on my car to the point I didnt even recognize my car, looked brand new very shiny without scratches . For me I will definitely be back for monthly service and I recommend this for anyone looking for detailing their car to try them, they are the best .

Well I’m sorry to say. But I had a bad experience today with this place. 10-31-19.Last week I took my car there. And I met Harold. I showed Harold my car (Challenger) and asked him for a price for the front of the car to be wrapped. Harold Gave me a price of $1,695. So I call later that day to speak to Harold & schedule an appointment for the following week. I call and Chris answers the phone. I asked for Harold. Chris said “he’s busy”. No worries I book the appointment and ask Chris to tell me a total price with taxes. Chris then replies with. “What was the price that Harold gave you” I told Chris $1695. Chris then texted me back with the total price of $1648 if I pay in cash.The day of the appointment comes and I go in the office and I see Harold. We go back outside the office and Harold brings a young man who’s about in his low 20’s & tells Harold that he’s not doing the job for less than $2195. So I tell Harold. But the price you gave me is $1695. So I guess Harold is not a real Manager. Because a Manager would know there prices.Very unprofessional experience.So I googled another shop and bam. Found one. And this place all they do is wrap cars for a living. And it was $200 cheaper than Harolds Price.Custom Wrap Design‘s in North Miami BeachMuch more professional

Came in really skeptical about what they did with ceramic coating. I shopped around and they are the cheapest in town. Harold (manager) explainted averything in detail of the process they did the ceramic coating in all the vehicle (rims, windows etc) the work took a day in a half and you could see it in the detail of the work. I HIGHLY recomment this place no only for there work but the attention I received by the staff. Mack the guy that worked of my vehicle was really proffesional and really attentive with the details that my vehicle needed..... i definitely would be back....

These folks responded immediately, & scheduled an interior deep-clean for our newly-purchased, well-used Honda Element into their shop 10am the next day - upon arrival, I was immediately shuttled back to my RWC home while they worked off a filled-to-the-brim shopful of luxury cars. A mid-afternoon shuttle retrieved me & l was fully pleased with their results!

Had to have my cloth interior cleaned, and Anthony did an amazing job.

I’ll just say.. if you say you close at 530, close at 530. Don’t shub the doors in my face at 519 saying you close at 5. Update your google maps or something, come on.

I would give this a 0 star if I could, this is for phone customer service. I called on Friday 3/15/19 at 12:08pm to ask for pricing and the man that answered said “the same price I gave you last time you called”, I was confused at his answer and responded by asking again to please provide the price and after a long pause he sighed angrily and said $100. I had my friend on speaker phone who wanted a recommendation for nearby car washes but after that answer neither her nor I will ever be going there. Please provide training you just lost a lot of business.
