Great experience! The manager quickly attended me for my oil change and noticed damage in my cars oil panel left by a mechanic I used to go to. He told me my options and helped me find an affordable piece to order and made the process for repair easy and worry free! Definitely will be back. Place was very clean, accommodating, and I appreciated the great customer service.

These guys are Not proffesional neither confident. When they changed the oil for my F-150 van, they told me to replace the back brakes for $250, I said No because I didnt have money at that time. Days later a mecanic friend helped me changing the brakes but OH SURPRISE!!! The brakes were GOOD, they didnt need to be replace!!! Be careful with these disonest guys 😗😗😗

These guys helped me with my A/C as it stopped cooling. They took my car in immediately and fixed it. Wow! Outstanding customer service. I called on a Saturday to ask if they were too busy to do an oil change, they instantly said “oh no we can definitely fit you in!”. This kind of positive and welcoming attitude is hard to find in Miami.I dropped my car off then walked down to grab a bite to eat, by the time I came back the car was ready. They checked over all my breaks, tires, topped off fluids and made sure my car was good to go.One of the best places I’ve been in Miami since I moved here. Highly recommended!

This was my third time coming here, but this time the service was amazing! I came for an oil change, and they checked the car completely for free. This is my first car and despite the fact that Ive had it for 3 years there are many things that concern maintenance which I had no idea about. Rene patiently explained everything! He also offered me to hide the cables from the dash cam (himself) so now it looks so much better. He didnt even charge for it, and he stayed 10-15 minutes after their closing time - 6pm. What a great and quick experience. Came in the morning for an oil change and left with a free wash. They were quick and very friendly. Recommending it to everyone and I’m definitely coming back!

Rene Travieso helped me the day I came in and explained everything about my car in detail that needed to be done and what could wait. He was very considerate in regards that the cost was high but he told me ways to try and get a discount and discounted some things for me and only recommended what I truly needed. I am grateful for his thoroughness in letting me know what was going on with my car and explaining in full detail what it was needed.

I left work early to get an oil change and when I get there the employee (JUAN) tells me he has an emergency and has to leave and he will be back in about an hour. I explained to him I called prior to leaving my job and he said as long as I made it in before 4:30 he could do my oil change. I wasted my time going and I will never go back. NOT RECOMMEDING TO ANYONE !!

Hometown Lube is a rip off, first and last time I come here. Called to make an inquiry about an oil change & was told by staff member to pay in shop instead of buying groupon, which was the only reason I even considered this place to begin with. After oil change, was charged full price plus taxes & told thats the best we can do ??? Popped the hood of the car, and NONE of the fluids were topped off! If you do end up here for any reason please make sure these people actually serviced your car.

Oil change service poor customer service, had to go back and reset oil change light on dashboard, also my tire was rotated and light was not reset. Bad service will never recommend this center or use service.

This place always is great. I have been coming here with different cars of my family since they first open. Personal and management always down to help you. I wish I could give a zero start to this place. I went to get an oil change, the guy recommended high mileage oil for 59$ I told him ok. I was there for two hours when he comes to me telling me that my car need extra oil because it’s a 6.4 something. And it’s more money. I told him have never heard that before and I’ve been to a lot of oil change place I never get charge extra for oil . One price that’s it. So he want to not do my oil change and call the cops on me. Because I said I am not leaving with the car like that I don’t know what they did on the car the car was on the high machine and I am not leaving. So this dude was rude and asking me to wait for the cops outside when I was there for two hours. Bad customer service, complete rip off. Great work. I took my wifes car there and they did a great job on our Mercedez GLK 350. They reset the light. Actually stocked all the necessary filters.
