I love this car wash! I’ve been coming here for a few months and they are outstanding. Their prices are very reasonable considering the affluent area. More than that, their customer service is wonderful. I’m always greeted by friendly staff and I’m able connect to their free wi-fi and continue any work that I have pending. If you’re a dog owner like me, they’re also pet friendly. I highly recommend this location for anyone who’s looking for quality work. Thank you so much!

I also only had tue coffee and worked for an hour or so in their mid century/ industrial accented cafe. Its a great space lots of room free wifi and on this particular occasion two very well mannered pups

Used to be good, not anymore

I’ve brought my car here a couple of times and the service is great. But today they disappointed, one of the worst services ever! I left my car at 12:30pm and they told me to come back at 3:30pm I came back at 3:40pm and the car wasn’t done. Let your customers know that you are falling behind give them a call or don’t accept a car if you can’t fulfill what you promise. Waisted my time for no reason, hope next time the service is better.

Today I went to Blk n Blk at 4:30pm, a lady that was cleaning the cars asked to park. As soon as I did a guy came outside and said “no more today”... I then told them why does it says that they close at 6pm if they’re not going to take the business? There was also another 3 customers trying to wash their Rolls Royce and Benz.... I remember the owner used to be present there, if I was him I would continue to be present as his team are not doing a great job.... you will loose all your customers like this.

Women...DO NOT take your cars to get washed here! They will try to scam you out of your money & when you don’t fall for it, they blast you on social media and call you broke! Disgusting, rude employees and unprofessional business! Don’t waste another dollar here

Was considering taking my car here. I looked online and saw that they were publicly shaming customers who received bad service on their Instagram. Imagine you get treated terribly at a business and they post your account on their story while making fun of you. No apology, no remorse, no professionalism. Don’t waste your time here. God forbid they damage your car and instead of handling things like an adult with integrity they go on social media and try to make you (the customer) look bad. So many other options in Miami

Had a great experience. My car was perfectly clean and even the mat that I asked to be washed was spotless. Glad to have found a car wash just down the block from my apartment that makes an effort to please it’s customers. Definitely will be back. Love the inside, there is a cafe and lounge area that’s super chic.

Depending on how your previous car wash was like this place might be a little more expensive or even a bit cheaper but they definitely value every cent you pay and work hard washing your vehicle. They do an outstanding job and they have multiple guys working on one car unlike other car washes where you have only one person washing your car. They also have a nice inside sitting area with drinks and snacks so it’s definitely worth it!

The decor and aesthetic is really unique and worth a visit, especially if you are into racing or F-1. In addition to the coffee, if you are interested in seeing beautiful interior design with attention to detail, this is the spot! Highly recommend.

Excellent wash and interior cleaning today. Friendly service that makes you feel confident and reassured. I was visiting from NY and having my colleagues car cleaned, so naturally I was concerned about them taking good care of the car. Nice atmosphere inside the waiting area with coffee and WiFi. Jose gave extra attention to my wheels and even gave advice on removing a serious scratch in the paint. Ill be back. Robert

You guys need to have a chat with your staff. Brought my Volvo SUV today for a wash inside and out. Paid up front with tip. Before I dropped off i specifically counted the dollar bill and quarters that I left in my center glove compartment. When I pick up the car, I check the glove compartment and all of the money is gone. I didnt cause a scene because it was 4 dollars total and that is not going to ruin my day. However, I will never go back because of that. Not going to leave my car to worry about the rest of my belongings being taken care of or not.

Being new in the area and very picky with my black car my experience here was first class from the moment I arrived to leave my car meeting the owner Jose . He explained everything they offered (prices -process) and what I can expect. They over delivered on time I think my car even ran better . Coffee was great and ladies inside where courteous and friendly. Thank you see you soon highly recommend

It was a great experience!! I’m not sure if she’s the owner but it’s a Argentinian lady, she is very welcoming and very helpful. Got a car wash yesterday and my car was looking like a million bucks. Highly recommended !

This place is well put together and does a wonderful job. The only down sides is communication. I provided my # to call me when done only to come back to an up charge. A call to confirm would of been the right action. Offered a coffee as if it was complimentary (no pricing brought up) and was charged. So nothing big but for a first time visit these things stick.

I had a lot of tree sap that fell on my car and asked for the detail wash. My car was spotless and I feel that it was well worth the price. It was a similar result to detail services I’ve paid over $100 for.The wait was a about an hour and 15 minutes on a weekday morning which was surprising, but they were done on time and there is plenty to walk around and do there.

They said it was 40 dollars and then they said 80 because it was very dirty

We take our two cars there every 2 weeks (or so). Would love to see a referral or frequent user program. Great customer service and owner was even waxing my car to expedite the wash. I would recommend to anyone.

The best car wash in Miami bar none. Owned by car guys who care, and it shows - they consistently deliver better washes for $25 than the competition offers in $100+ detailing packages. You also get a beautiful waiting area, friendly staff including a dog, and plenty of cool cars to look at as extra perks.

The workers of this place are scammers who are trying to charge me for a detail when the car is brand new and only needs a regular wash. An employee tried to push my infotainment screen down with his hands using a lot of force(keep in mind it goes down automatically). Thankfully I was there watching them clean my car and was able to stop him before he broke it. Easily could have been a 2000$ repair I had to deal with. The lady that works there didn’t seem to care much when I told her.

Was looking for a hand car wash near my apartment. For $35 they did my Rav4. My car is a lot less fancy than most of the cars Ive seen them wash but they treat me like I have a Porsche too. And they make good coffee. And have pretty plants inside.

The staff was very friendly and professional. My car was cleaned perfectly - inside and out! I will be back and definitely will recommend to everyone wanting a great car wash!

Awesome concept and exceptional car wash. My car was embarrassingly dirty inside (picture a trash can on wheels. We go on a lot of road trips) and after leaving here, it looks like a BRAND new car. The coffee was great and I was able to get work done while waiting. I was in a rush and the owner was incredibly nice and said that if they’d had more time, they could’ve done an even better job... I don’t think the car was this clean when we first got it! Very reasonable prices too, I will definitely be back.

Tried it out this week. I did not care for the towels they use as they cause small hairline scratches on the clear coat. Better than Leos but Karma is still the best on Biscayne.

Ran the truck through some mud and through dirty water. The exterior was absolutely disgusting as was the interior. They brought it back to life and I’m so thankful for that. Only problem, it rained the day after, but that’s Miami for you! One heck of a car wash and would highly recommend! Will definitely be bringing other vehicles here!

They busted my light and refuse to reverse the tip I left before I found the damage. I will never ever do business with such a business who treats customers the way I was treated. I paid for the service - a tip is optional and thats all Im asking for back. You pay before they give you your car back and I always tip. I spoke to the manager who passed me on to the owner who refused to reverse my tip. This was my first and last time going to this establishment.

The cleaning service is dismal, in addition to the receptionists attention that when I showed him the bad service he only made excuses, it is not worth it, my car was left with super stained glass, and inside if the vacuum cleaner passed.
